Very busy with so much food and really enjoyed the kids entertainment

This hotel is disgusting, we arrived on the 29th of April and are here until the 13th of may (if we can’t get early flights home) on the second day we went down for the buffet my little sister age-4 got the chicken nuggets and chips she sat down on the table with her food all happy she takes a bite in the chicken and it’s raw fully raw chicken mixed with half cooked chicken it was disgusting she kept eating until I looked over and saw how raw the nuggets were so I took them of her and went to the kitchen to explain there not cooked and they said “no way they are look yummy” then I said look there not cooked sort it out for other people until people get sick then he said “no speak English” he was laughing joking with his mates it was disgusting and disappointing. The next day she had to stay on bed all day being sick everywhere with a headache! Next day she was ok but still iffy but can I just say as well staff here can be really kind but for the most nasty and inappropriate the only way you can get a sunbeam is if u go down early and put a towel on top it which I did today and they got thrown in pool by staff horrible people if I could I would give it a 0 star review

Had a really enjoyable time at this resort can't fault anything all the staff was fantastic. The ice cream guy a was alway happy, the entertainment staff was fantastic, with lot of interaction with the guest to name a couple Jay, Alice(the problem solver), Jo, Curly. The food outstanding and the waiter worked extremely hard to please everyone.

Very nice place entrainment was amazing people are very nice. food is good, variety could be better. Alice and the zeyno are amazing 5* Kids loved the kids club activities all day everyday. Ninja warrior looked great. Hotel has a beach a walk away which is great. Pools are great.

Just returned again June 2024 18nts 14 of us (repeated guests) some family that came had never been to turkey before and they've fallen in love and will be returning. Weather is perfect ,food is amazing plenty of choice, kids are happy and entertained always !! Big thank you to curly he's just amazing always smiling and loves entertaining the children. Rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels can't fault Club Julian xx thanks again for a wonderful stay.... We will be back much love xxx

I was accosted by 2 men when I went for my tattoo appointment. They demanded money from me telling me they did not trust me. It was terrifying. This was because a family member went to another tattooist and not this one in the hotel! They were rude, and to be honest they were aggressive. If you do go and you are female take your partner or anyone. Do not go on your own in any of the shops in the hotel, especially ladies!

My Julian Club experience.. For the past 2 years me and my partner have always been away for just 7 days but this year was my first time in Turkey so we decided to stay for 10 days, my partner had been to the hotel in 2019 and she said the hotel was lovely back then. I took the negative reviews from Facebook with a pinch of salt as wanted to gain my own experience and didn't want other people's posts to have me worried about my holiday. The first few days seemed really nice with no complaints other than the mattress being really tough. The pool staff/bar/resturant staff/ hotel shop workers and cleaners are completely looked over and work endlessly throughout the day every day to make sure people are looked after. They work so hard and are always so polite and friendly and always say hello and ask how we are, super friendly. Reception staff don't seem to know what to do when there's a complaint or when asked to see the manager, they just seem to turn into robots and flap. One receptionist was really helpful on my 4th night, I'd left a bottle of prosecco for someone at reception to say thank you for a lovely boat trip and they'd made sure it was passed on with a wee note. The food in this hotel is average with a huge variety, some quite tasty but after a few days of eating it, the food all starts to taste the same and we actually started feeling unwell the last few days and the food was starting to turn us not to mention the queues for the food is crazy and people were standing eating whilst queing. This is where the holiday started to go downhill for us, Guest relations manager with red hair is quite rude and dismissive when it comes to any complaints or unsatisfactory suggestions. If something happens in the hotel, the management swarm around. A young girl sat on a sunbed and it broke, she was a tiny wee thing with no weight on her and then management swarmed together around and told they'd be charged for a sunbed. They reviewed cctv and told the family that its he said she said as there was no footage so to leave it, this happened at the same time there was an 11 year old walking around the pool lifting drinks from tables and collapsing from being drunk and ending up in the doctors room and noone noticed. **WARNING TO ANYONE STAYING ON THE FOURTH FLOOR** On one of the nights I'd woken up during the night hearing someone rattling about and I knew it wasn't outside noise. I'd fallen back to sleep and then once woken again id gone to use the bathroom and noticed the bathroom roof tiles had been moved out of place. I immediately became concerned as I knew I'd heard something that night and it became clear that the noise was someone attempting to enter our bathroom via the roof. We then alerted reception and asked to see a manager explaining whats happened, they sent a maintenence person and a cleaner up to fix it not actually taking what had happened seriously but maintenence blaming us for opening the bathroom door too fast and thats what caus

Absolutely disgusting staff would never ever book again. The food is awful… the rooms are dated and held together by silicone and if your towel has a mark on it they will charge you £15 GBP 🤣 when they are not worth 10pence. The daytime staff seem to be ok… and the ents team lovely .. but the guest experience , security and reception… in all my years never witnessed such a disgrace

Had the best 10 days holiday I’ve ever had ….entertainment staff are incredible fantastic friendly staff all around …food is amazing so much choice ….i went with 2 of my adult daughters and son in law ….we loved it so much that we have booked again for October this year with a family of 11 including infants highly high recommend this hotel xx
