This hotel is disgusting, we arrived on the 29th of April and are here until the 13th of may (if we can’t get early flights home) on the second day we went down for the buffet my little sister age-4 got the chicken nuggets and chips she sat down on the table with her food all happy she takes a bite in the chicken and it’s raw fully raw chicken mixed with half cooked chicken it was disgusting she kept eating until I looked over and saw how raw the nuggets were so I took them of her and went to the kitchen to explain there not cooked and they said “no way they are look yummy” then I said look there not cooked sort it out for other people until people get sick then he said “no speak English” he was laughing joking with his mates it was disgusting and disappointing. The next day she had to stay on bed all day being sick everywhere with a headache! Next day she was ok but still iffy but can I just say as well staff here can be really kind but for the most nasty and inappropriate the only way you can get a sunbeam is if u go down early and put a towel on top it which I did today and they got thrown in pool by staff horrible people if I could I would give it a 0 star review

great hotelll!! We had to much memory in hotel!! All the staff is so friendly and so helpful xx. By the way we wanna come back again because we had to much happy and fun timesxxxx entertainment team legends,great,brilliant and speccaliy handsome jooooxx

First time visiting this hotel and we have no faults what so ever! The hotel is perfect for everyone no matter the age. The yolo entertainment team are amazing at what they do and there is always something going on throughout the day or evening.

Arrived on 1/6/24 for our first ever holiday in Turkey. We were greeted by staff who were very friendly and accommodating to us. We can’t fault the hotel one bit. A massive appreciation to the yolo entertainment team who are amazing at what they do. Constantly have a smile of their faces ensuring everyone is having the best holiday! The day time and evening entertainment is something for everyone to enjoy!

Me and my boyfriend are staying on level 4 and we have been hearing noises at night like a rustling sound and at first we let it slide as thought it was wind then when we was having a shower we heard it again only to see the air vent as been moved in the bathroom and tools all in the roof by the air vent! And i have photos for evidence of this! I cant tell you how terrified its made us feel! And ive read some more reviews only to see that this as been happening to many others too! Please check your air vents and your bathroom!

Hotel was excellent, entertainment team especially Alice and Jay were very friendly and welcoming. The food was spot on as were the rooms. I would not hesitate to come back and will be planning a trip with the whole family next year . Lastly thank you so much for everything.

The best holiday with family. Hotel clean, snack bar was so good lots of variety entertainment team are absolutely fantastic and made our holiday even more amazing Tattoo man is brilliant in the hotel. All the amenities were very good standard. Deffinatley go back there

What a great family place . And great value room was clean and tidy And the staff we're very friendly and helpful Many people we spoke to were returning customers. Would certainly come back if we go to Turkey again . Was a couple of things that personally I think it would benefit from change. The slides are only open for a hour in the morning and a hour in the afternoon personally would like this longer. And the adult evening entertainment could do with a singer or something but overall I wouldn't let these put you off.
