Pasahan Apartments

Nice small family hotel, lovely staff,quiet and perfect for a chilled out holiday, not loud and busy, yes they charge for AC but most hotels are starting to do this now. Lots of shopping close by and the beach over the road, and lovely Turkish restaurant called Chian Grill, 5mins from hotel and well priced.

I booked Pasahan Apart through ********** as a 2 bedroom Beach Front Apartment Upon arrival we were issued with our room key and offered the option of an Air Conditioning and Safe package which we paid for. When we went to the room it was 2 bedroom but the description of Beach Front is not accurate. It may have been Beach Front a very long time ago perhaps before the long row of multi floor hotels were built, so rather than Beach it looks out at the back of hotels with absolutely no sign of even a grain of sand. This description should be addressed. The air conditioning is only in 1 bedroom so the rest of the apartment was stifling and the air conditioning unit in our room was very weak so unless you were directly under it whilst working it was little use. The Beach Front rooms also line the very busy main road through Marmaris and the noise from traffic and a couple of music bars is very very loud right through to midnight. The safe option is also inadequate. The safe is old and accessed by key so you cannot enter your own electronic code so anyone with a second key can open the safe. The main problem though is if someone breaks into the room the safe is not fastened down and can be carried away easily. The manager and staff do work hard during the day and the atmosphere around the pool is friendly and was never and the food is of a good standard. They do their best but it needs needs a good upgrade mainly in the apartments to improve the review and score.

Apartment was ok, but not happy that we had to pay for the safe key. There was no cost to the owners, so why did we have to pay? AC was only in bedroom, so the rest of the apartment was boiling! We had no cooking facilities whatsoever, not even a toaster, although the photos show a two ring cooking plate. The cups/glasses were the smallest I've ever seen, so we had to buy 2 mugs for a decent cup of tea. The apartment was clean and we did have maid service almost every day, which was a bit OTT really. The apartments are in a good position for bars & restaurants, but they are very basic. WiFi was awful...more miss than hit! Wouldn't return

Good apartment and clean rooms. Have to pay for aircon and a fan, aircon in or one room and can be very hot. Staff were friendly. Ideal for families and in good location. Close to eating places and beach about roughly 5 to 7 min walk. Travelled with family of 15 and would go again.

Just back from a wonderful time in turkey. Oner the manager and his staff are excellent, they treat like their family. Rooms clean, pool side clean, snack bar for good good, good prices and a great location in marmaris. The only downside to the apartments is only aircon in the main bedroom, need to get a fan for the other room if more than 2-3 people staying. Every Friday bbq night? It’s a a must, the food and entertainment was very good? Thanks again oner and his team.

Fantastic hotel, staff go out there way to help you the best they can. We stayed here as a large group of 14 ranging from 5-64 and we all had a fantastic time. Rooms are decent size, kept very clean. We arrived very late at night and no shop where opened, we were all hungry but the manager called and got us some food which was amazing. Only issue was because it wasn't the start of the season the pool slide was off and the hotel was very quite so no entertainment for the kids.

Just got back on Tuesday, had the most amazing time staying at these apartments. The manager Onar is so accommodating, his staff Marco, Mehmet , Kemal, Michael and our lovely cleaning ladies and chefs would go above and beyond to make us comfortable. We went as strangers but soon became friends, the apartment had 2 rooms. Spotless and well maintained, the maid was a happy smiling lady x the pool area is a tranquil happy place. While there the most around the pool was about 13 people. It's in a hidden garden which is just perfect, lime trees and pomegranate trees shade you when needed. The bar area is also in this hidden garden and everyone enjoyed good company. We would highly recommend this apartment and can't wait to go back. Our transfer didn't show up to go back to airport and Onar soon got on the case and managed to arrange transport. Wonderful people wonderful place.

Marmaris, Siteler mah. Bölgesinde bulunan paşahan apart dan günlüğü 600 TL'ye (neredeyse otel ücreti) 4 gece oda tuttuk. Oda daki ebeveyn yatağı o kadar kötü ki günün yorgunluğunu atmayı hayal ederken oranıza buranıza batan yaylardan dolayı uyuyamıyorsunuz bile !!! Apart odalarında her türlü mutfak araç ve gereci olduğu söylenmişti ! Çay demleyecek bir çaydanlık bile yok ! Havuzun da temizlenmediğini düşünüyorum ! İşletmecisi olan kişi de bütün şikayetlere "konseptimiz böyle" yada "ben çalışanım" diye geçiştiriyor ! Odalarda çift klima var diye satan işletmecinin tek klimaya cevabı "çatı katındaki odalarda çift klima var isterseniz oraya yerleştirelim" şeklinde. Kesinlikle paranızın karşılığı yok !!! Başka yerler bakmanızı tavsiye ederim.
