Foxy Crocodile Bush Retreat & Kruger Safari's

Great accommodation, friendly staff, great food and one of the best lodges that we ever stayed in. The lodge is just as advertised and the hosts were fantastic in caring for our every need, The game drives were comfortable, and the guide has great knowledge of the animals and the bush. Comfy bed and multiple areas to sit and relax and view the animals. Been against the river was exceptional.

Excellent accommodations, spacious, no mosquitos but all nets and all out etc was available. Beautifully decorated rooms. And your dinners were homemade and so delicious. Thanks for accommodating the vegetarian request .Again the food was delicious. So was the break fast. Safaris you arranged had professional guides . We sited all big fives. Local walks in the evening were very pleasant. Thanks for the whole experience. Reasonable price s and cleaning was good too. May be minor issue with shower but bath was available too. So we had no trouble s. Hosts looked after us well. Will definitely recommend and May visit again

The location of the hotel near the park allows you to see animals roaming freely both on the territory of the hotel and outside this territory, without going far from the bungalow. It is so unusual that I recommend everyone to experience such pleasure from visiting this place.

Foxy Crocodile retreat was such an amazing experience!! The room and layout was soothing to body and soul. Peace, rest and tranquility!! Gail and Mark went the extra mile to make our stay unforgettable and also assist with a private matter when we needed to make copies on their printer. My wife and I had a great stay at foxy and were made to feel like old friends. Gail and Mark went out of there way to accomodate our requests with regard to nearby Kruger park and shared there knowledge with us. The accomodation was spacious and special ,encouraging outside living with a outdoor braai area, plunge pool and outdoor dining area Thanks Gail and Mark

We spent 5 nights at Foxy’s in January. Gail,Mark and the staff really made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble to them. Breakfast and dinner were plentiful and so tasty and filling. The apartments are wonderfully decorated and have an excellent view of the Crocodile river. We also did 3 excellent safaris with the Foxy’s team and managed to see the Big 5. We left feeling not just relaxed,but also more educated about the animals and the difficulties they face. Thank you, Gail, Mark and your team for making us feel like we were part of your family. Wow wow wow !! What an amazing experience . My Husband and I went for a 5 night stay 2 days after our wedding for our honeymoon . Where do we begin , the accommodation is exceptionally clean , traditional and out of this world set just off the river with a great view with such incredible animals in sight . Mark and Gail are the most amazing hosts from collecting us from the airport to daily safri trips and organising us a sight seeing experience! We truly felt so welcome and part of their family . Both of their knowledge and passion for the African bush gave our experience such a special touch. One of the days we were taken out by Ingrid who works for Gail and mark as a guide and she was awsome again such passion and knowledge of the animals and the bush . The staff at the resort are beyond helpful and kind nothing was to much trouble, the food each day was the best we both have ever eaten, both of us have eaten in some of the best restaurants in England and the food we were presented with daily was out of this world! Traditional, fresh and so tasty . Having booked through a great mutual friend of ours made our trip so unique from the personalised gift when we arrived and the decoration on our dinner plates . We have had the best stay and no where will ever be able to beat this experience, we saw such a range of animals and with marks knowledge and experience of being in the bush we had the best sightings . Overall this is a 10/10+++ and would recommend anyone who wishes to experience the real kruger park experience to go here!
