Premier Inn Marlborough

I’ve been living out of hotels for the last two months across the south for work, the staff here were the most polite and helpful staff that I have had in any hotel(ranging from days inns to 5 star apartment hotels) Clean room, great shower, lovely staff, decent food(premier inn quality but done to its best), plenty of parking and good areas nearby for running.

Pretty good. Can walk in to centre of Marlborough in 15 minutes. Large car park. One of the better Premier Inns I have stayed at. Clean and quiet. ( Tuesday evening) And staff friendly. Breakfast good choice . Happy to come again. No particular criticisms.

Almost everything was fine - large, spacious and clean room, comfortable bed, a good value on-site restaurant, plenty of parking, nice and friendly staff, and a good price of £55 for one night's stay for the two of us. However, the water wasn't hot in the bathroom - specifically the bath and shower, it was lukewarm (yet it was boiling, and too hot, out of the sink tap!). We even made a complaint to the staff, and they said they would look into it, but they didn't come back to us about it. My back was very painful and I was desperate to have a hot bath. In the end I had to boil up some kettles of water to add to the bath water, to make it more bearable to lie in. The breakfast wasn't great either - most of the cooked food was pretty poor. A shame really, as otherwise, this could have been a perfect stay.

We decided to book a family room last minute to extend a short holiday on the coast by a further day, enabling us to explore Stonehenge and Avebury. The room was easy to book, a decent price, and very comfortable. The lady at check in was really friendly and dealt with a query effectively. Breakfast was great and we appreciated the later check out time.

Perfectly exquisite! Great service by Bethan and Sarah, had an amazing meal out, nothing was too much for them and they were very accomodating toward my Gluten intolerance! Would recommemd to anyone, top notch staff and service! 5 Stars!!

Had a great stay at PI Marlborough, super friendly and helpful staff. The manager Bethan went above and beyond when taking my order for dinner helping me choose the foods I could eat due to my intolerances which was much appreciated. The chef Sarah also was very kind and helpful!

All good as always. Polite staff. Clean room. Breakfast was good. Comfortable parking. Nothing to complain about. We often stay at Premier Inn. Similar standards everywhere. I would recommend. Affordable price, I hope it won’t increase.

All in all not a hotel I’ll visit again. Heating in room too hot or too cold no happy medium. Food very average by PI standards.

Great 2 night stay in PI Marlborough. High standard of cleanliness, comfortable bed great shower. Great customer service from Tom on our evening meal and Tash and Rebin each morning at breakfast. Highly recommend and we will definitely return.
