There was no staff at check in. Someone came reluctantly out from the office. The bar was open but no visible staff. There was one poor member of staff handling the entire restaurant, and completely ignored us at the bar (we helped ourselves in the end). Breakfast: staff was arguing, then disappeared on the terrace for a fag, rather than arranging cleaned tables for us in the debris of others abandoned breakfasts. It was mid brekfast time not the end! We had to find our own cutlery, napkins by going behind the counter to do this. The food offering was bare, a slice of ham and cheese remained, pastries consisted of only remaining crumbs. Coffee machine had run out of beans. Our departure on day 3 was at 7.30, also the opening time of breakfast, but staff did not want to let us in to pick up a pastry even though we could hear them putting food out, instead slammed door shut.

We were at Alceste the week of the feragost 24. The structure is very date, but the cleaning and courtesy of the staff were satisfactory. The hotel does not have the meals, but you need to go to the hotel Admeto in front of you, because many of the photos on the site are of Admeto and not of Alceste. The reception is often found because the receptionists cover both structures. As regards food, breakfast varies quite while voting almost enough for both quality and diversification of the pieces proposed every evening for dinner, and there is a missing menu for children who had to adapt to white pasta. We noticed menu differences between Alceste's clients, where we heard B-class clients compared to those of the Hotel Admeto who had the most choice. Then, when the menu was made, we were told that they had wrongly written and that it was only for salsa. Instead, in other tables were also meat feeds served. Another bad note is the conventional melting. This is 900 MT from the structure that makes a shipyard available that only serves at 9.30 and 10 a.m. in the morning. If you take the ship, you leave you to a certain point of the road that can be travelled by cars and you have to walk on a very fast, slipped and unfit for children. We had to fit a parasol at another beach about 300 MT from the hotel for this purpose.
