Absolutely disgusted with our experience. If it wasn’t for a lovely room with a sea view and the amount it cost us to stay here , we would have left. They don’t clean your room unless you are here longer than 3 days. The toilet seat was not on correctly and the show tray had big cracks in it . The show itself runs dangerously hot and then it goes cold. We went for breakfast and was offered a bacon roll to then be told no bacon. We were then offered a sausage one which arrived on a burnt bread bun smothered in tomato ketchup and the sausage was not heated to the correct temperature. We were told if we waited till the chef came in at 11 we could pay extra for a brunch. We booked bed and breakfast. The girl behind the bar preparing this had long hair not tied back and she had her outside coat on. Absolutely no hygiene standards at all. On day 2 for breakfast we received a cold dry bread roll with 3 tiny slices off dry bacon. For what you pay we were expecting a full breakfast, It’s so disappointing and has zero standards, we definitely won’t be back. It’s a shame as the staff are really apologetic and it’s not their fault, the management needs to address these issues and not leave the issues with the staff.
