Being a guest at this hotel was an amazing adventure. Me and my friend rested a lot, and delicious drinks helped us in that ;) The hotel rooms are clean, the hotel has many zones - everyone will find something for themselves. The food is monotonous - that's a fact, but very tasty and well seasoned. The hotel service is a real masterpiece! When we had questions and asked for help in showing us around the resort, we were helped by Graisy from the staff, who dealt with the matter in a professional manner in accordance with the best castomer service standards and was one of the few people we met who could speak English :) The problem is that most of the staff do not speak a language other than their native language - but considering so many amenities and positive experiences that the hotel can offer us - it does not matter. I definitely recommend it!

We stayed for three days, there was quite a variety of food, salad and dessert to choose from and they were quite tasty but if you like Spicy, there was no pepper. The room was comfortable and clean but the highlight for us was the pool, the water was warm and inviting! The beach is also very beautiful and there were entertainment every night, most of the music was in Spanish and not enough English. The Language barrier was a shortcoming at check in but at the guest service you can always ask for Emil, he speak good English. The hotel and room is very clean and well maintained. We were satisfied with our stay!

Excellent service, comfortable and clean room. A lot of food options from 2 beautiful restaurants. The drinks included are limitless and fantastic! Hostess Stephany did a wonderful job taking care of us. 10/10 will recommend.

The staff is very friendly, they made my birthday special. Stephany was really attractive, she made sure we were good and checked in all the time. It was a really amazing stay. Thanks to the team and staff and Stephany!! Will stay again.

My recent stay at Sunsol Isla Caribe Hotel had its ups and downs, with both positive and negative aspects to share. Let me provide you with a comprehensive review of my experience. The hotel surroundings were well-maintained, and the daily cleaning routine was noticeable. The pool area was aesthetically pleasing, offering a nice ambiance for relaxation. However, I couldn't help but feel that a poolside server would have enhanced the experience, especially given the absence of swim-up bars. Unfortunately, my experience with the food was mixed. While there were moments of enjoyment, I encountered significant issues as a vegetarian. The lack of proper labeling of dishes led to unexpected encounters with meat in several instances. This issue extended to other guests as well, including Hindus and Muslims who faced similar problems with unmarked beef and pork dishes. A more comprehensive approach to food labeling and catering to different dietary needs is crucial. Furthermore, the language barrier posed a problem. The absence of a fluent English speaker on staff was frustrating, particularly in areas like the serving and bar areas. This made communication difficult, leading to misunderstandings and confusion. I also experienced illness due to consuming meat unknowingly on two occasions. This unpleasant experience greatly affected my vacation, leaving me sick and regretful. The entertainment provided was largely disappointing. Everything was in Spanish, leaving English-speaking guests feeling excluded. The heavy focus on kids' entertainment during the evenings was misplaced, as many of us preferred activities earlier in the day. The music played was exclusively Spanish, which failed to connect with the diverse crowd, including Trinidadians who would have appreciated some familiar soca tunes. However, there were bright spots. One of them was Mel, our tour guide, who went above and beyond to make our excursions enjoyable. Her excellent English and exceptional service stood out, making her an invaluable asset to the hotel's guest experience. In summary, Sunsol Isla Caribe Hotel has its merits, including well-maintained surroundings and a pleasing pool area. Yet, the lack of proper food labeling, a language barrier, and exclusionary entertainment were significant drawbacks. More effort should be put into catering to different dietary needs and providing options for non-Spanish-speaking guests. A poolside server, inclusive entertainment, and a fluent English-speaking liaison would greatly enhance the overall experience. While the hotel has potential, there is room for improvement to truly satisfy a diverse range of guests.

I stayed here in June 2022 and I was just disappointed. Amenities Needs a lot TLC "beach club" was closed as well Bars are ok, they have some good liquor on display but they serve you bottom shelf drinks so my advise is to go with beer(they only have 1 kind of beer at each bar) They advertise 2 different night clubs but only one opened while I was there The way the pictures are displayed you are led to believe that the hotel has direct access to the beach, but no, the hotel is gated and to get to the beach they have to let you out, once you CROSS the street there's some steps and you're finally at the beach, that I believe due to climate change is at best 20ft of sand, the other thing is the crazy amount of street vendors basically harassing you, be aware that there is a pretty big community of locals next to the hotel, so there will always be street vendors. They advertise that have themed nights everyday but none of this happened during my stay Room I got a room with two full beds that where pretty hard and pillows where very flimsy, A/C worked well but even with the remote you where unable to change the temperature, linen was clean and the blanket was very thin. The personal care products provided where very bad quality so bring your own. Toilet and shower are on separate stalls and in the middle you have the sink, never got even warm water in the shower and the shower head was just falling apart and all the shower needed a deep clean on the grout. You get ONE 1L bottle of water when you check in, if you need more water you have to get it refilled at the restaurant during operating hours. My room did not have a do not disturbe sign FOOD This was one of my biggest disapointments, since it says they have 2 restaurants and also a "snack" hour Breakfast had a good variety of food but lunch and dinner where just the same food on repeat and you could tell that wherever was leftover from lunch was put out again for dinner. Not enough variety, same fish served for lunch and dinner and things like their stroganoff was absolutely disgusting. Rarely anything was labeled or said what it was so it was just a guessing game. Only one restaurant opened at the time. The snack was prepared all at the same time so you got food that had been sitting for like an hour and it did not taste ok, hot dogs served with only mayonnaise because that's all they had. Staff Servers and bartender where amazing Front desk morning staff was super rude

One of the best hotels I have ever been! Amazing stuff, administrators, managers and animation team. Extra "Thanks"to restaurant and bar manager - Gustavo for his hospitability and high quality manager skills. Thanks to all his team for making every day special and remarkable. Vine al hotel Sunsol Isla Caribe, durante 2 noches y 3 días, la atención durante mi estadía fue excelente, cuentan con áreas de esparcimiento bien cuidadas, la comida y bebidas muy buenas, la atención bastante servicial en todo momento, contando con personal amable como en mi experiencia pude notar a Amil trabajador del hotel que durante la estadía me atendió de una manera excelente
