Heritage Resorts Marbesa Club

So here’s the thing. I never stayed here. I had booked this destination through RCI thinking that all hotels and apartments have to be up to RCI standards. Only after I booked and paid and a few days before I was due to book in I was researching the area only to come across all the negative views on tripadvisor. We immediately got a cab and took a drive there. I was horrified. All the reviews were true. The buildings looked nothing like the pictures. The entrance was old and dirty with an old shopping trolley dumped inside the foyer. The tiles were old and broken and I don’t even know if the lift was working at that stage as we left. I immediately messaged every RCI address that I could find and asked to be moved. After 4 days and no response from RCI and me panicking my brother intervened and got hold of a few contacts. By the end of the day we had been moved and changed back into club Marbella where we had been with family for the previous week. I am so grateful that I didn’t even get to spend a night in this dump. I was already researching another BnB to move into and try and claim all my points back. So seriously how this accommodation is even up on RCI site beats me. Avoid avoid avoid at all costs.

Avoid this establishment. Heritage advertise villas including a three bedroom with a jacuzzi. The Villa is old and literally crumbling. When the window shutters are opened there is plaster dust all over the sills that comes from the crumbling plaster above -the holes in it are clearly visible. The kitchen is full of broken bits. The shower curtain is hanging off in the main bathroom and there are weeds growing on the upstairs patio inside the shutters. The roof is overgrown with a lemon tree and tiles broken. The facilities are old and poor. The curtain in the living room are full of holes. An electrical socket in the living room is hanging off and the tap in the bath in a similarly poor state. Grates and windows are peeling and rotting. This Villa is opposite an abandoned swimming pool which is deep and has a small swamp at one end. It’s a real danger to young children. It’s clear their gas been no maintenance of this property for years. There is also an ant infestation - inside and out The fire extinguisher is 3 and 1/2 years out of date. Tiles in various areas are a trip hazard. Another Villa has a tripping hazard where an elderly man was injured due to failure to maintain the path. Curtains and lampshades are dirty There is no complaints procedure and those responsible for its upkeep do nothing I strongly advise you not to rent any of these properties.

I dont recommend this Resort. No cleaning all the time and you have to bring your rubbish out yourself. Off season and not even elevator isnt in use every day. Everything is closed, and very bad service. Why is Resort even open?? Many tourist were angry. When we arrived glasses in the room were dirty. We wanted sea view but they didnt gave us it. The hole building is old. There are no bench to sit on at the area. One night it was horrible noise at the Resort. Nothing was done. And I cant believe it, this is RCI Gold Crown Resort! The hole area was absolutely dead.

This resort is disgusting seedy and dirty in a low class area I left two necklaces behind we phoned them and yes they found them..we asked if they could post them to me and they said no They don't do that We have tried everything for them to post They are disgusting people and thieves. I advise anyone thinking of staying there run a mile

Coronado is a RESIDENTIAL apartment block. Heritage bought quite a few apartments and advertise them as holiday lets. Some other private owners do the same.. BUT.. The owners pay into a building fund for the staff who clean, man reception, pool attendant, gardener and maintenance.. It is not a company who do this.. so if you come, please be respectful that people live and work here. Loud, late night noise is not appreciated for those who have to work. The gardener will be stopped from working if sunbeds are not put away. The pool attendant will not have towels and reception is only for owners (Heritage reception is in another building called Playa Real). The Heritage apartments in Coronado seem to be stuck in the 80's when they were first bought.. with exactly the same furniture. It is advertised as near the beach and near to lots of beach bars.. but understand.. there is nothing late night in the area.. It is quiet.. and residents have no hesitation in calling the police if there is any late disturbance or if people disrespect the building and pool rules.

We used to like Toro apartments when we first started visiting around 15 years ago although decor and facilities were a bit outdated back then. Unfortunately nothing has changed so now unacceptably poor and desperately needs a full renovation. Grounds, views and pool nice though. Good for families if you just want to chill but nearest restaurants, beach, supermarket 10 mins walk away and not much else nearby.

Appartamento con forte odore di muffa e di chiuso.Arredamento datato ed in cattive condizioni di manutenzione.Scarsa pulizia. Bagno senza finestre,né aereatori né kit da bagno,né carta igienica,con confezione insetticida antiblatte dietro al Wc.Rubinetto del bidet non utilizzabile. Camera da letto con armadio adibito a sgabuzzino con scope,secchi etc. Purtroppo l’appartamento era infestato da blatte .Alla reception ,dove sono andato per lamentarmi ,sperando di cambiare camera mi hanno dato un a confezione spray di insetticida. A voi le conclusioni.

Sono stato a El Toro. Appartamento gradevole su due livelli con la possibilità di stare in quattro adulti. Cucina con tutti gli accessori necessari . Piscina estremamente gradevole in paesaggio verde.
