Hotel is very big and there are many buildings. They let us check in eary with welcome cake. We are amazing with the big doll. Breakfast is very good.
Because we aren’t Chinese. We have a little problem to ask the car to the airport which include in the room package. We talk a lot with them when we checked in. But when we check out, the reception was changed we start to talk for the car to airport again. Finally we can got a car to airport. 😅😅

Great hotel, beautiful inside and out. clean comfortable beds. 10 minute drive from China~Russia border and 10 minute to beautifully lit down town in the opposite direction. If wishing to stay inside the giant Russian doll, do check with the hotel as you can easily assume your are booking a room in the doll but be in.oneof the adjacent castles instead (beautiful rooms too). there are basic cooking facilities in the family room, a kettle and hot pot, water provided, spacious rooms. Worth booking with the entrance ticket to the theme park included.

Great to take kids to spend a day in the hotel areas and the amusement park. The Chinese restaurant, coffee shop and the new rooms all looked nice. We didn’t know there was a circus show and a theme park next to the hotel so we were only able to watch the circus show and visited some exhibitions in the late afternoon. I would recommend to spend a half day or whole day in the park as there were many rides to experience and shows to watch. Kids are happy to stay in this hotel.

The hotel was very unique. It was an unforgettable stay.
My complaint is that the hotel was very smoky. Smoke came into the rooms for much of the night, and the main foyer and hallways were always smelling of smoke.

在套娃酒店旁邊，是兩個酒店。外觀很漂亮，走進大廳也感覺不錯
可是進了房間除了套娃元素的各種裝飾讓人驚喜外，配置和衞生就是招待所水平，地毯並不太乾淨，床墊很硬而且上面衹鋪了很薄的床單，能感覺到床墊的內部支撐。被子蓋了後能覺得手和身上滑滑的，應該是清潔方式的問題。
洗澡水很大很舒服 但其他真的就是很普通

環境一般般哦 因為沒有訂到旁邊的滿洲里酒店就定了旁邊的
國慶人特別多 都是滿房的狀態
不過好在房間裏可以點外賣 開車一條非常累到酒店休息就不想出去吃了 還有還有就是 免税店的東西千萬別去買 吃了壞肚子😭
在滿洲里拉了肚子試吃了很多牛肉乾 一直拉到阿爾山人太難受了 免税店的東西價格也不便宜 很多都是國內生產的 建議去海拉爾那邊購買牛肉製品

你看着衞生，那服務態度，就別提了，前台就我自己，我和她説話，看都不看我，也不搭理我，那早餐，和參加宴席似的，去過的人可以自行感受吧。總而言之特別生氣，一家人去的，訂了好幾個房間。拖鞋什麼的還得自己去要，要不然就給你兩雙，訂的家庭房間，3個人。和他們服務員説話，從你身邊走過，壓根就不搭理你。
