I order room service food it’s excellent and very accommodating RA they offer and give many options what food I like to eat and they can provide ask the chefs to cook 😊I really enjoyed the food the price is reasonable 😘for lazy solo traveler 😅 your one of my choice but surrounding nothing to do at night 😅like hang out bar around the corner it’s dangerous to go out dark street corners 😅

From the Guest relation front of the desk all were smiling and friendly. Hotel lobby looks cozy, the room is huge and as well as the toilet. The location is perfect if you wanna go explore binondo / divisoria & Quapo. The only badthing is the room carpet its dirty and a lot of stain in it and the bath towel supposed to be white but already brown due of maybe already old. but every thing was almost fine best of luck.

Hotel is good but it's located in a crazy place of Chinatown. If you like hustle and bustle, you'll enjoy your stay there.

The location is not really good, the area doesn’t look nice, super crowded during the day: cars and bikes flooding the streets so it’s difficult to go around. At night there are plenty of homeless.
The hotel itself is a bit old, but not too bad. It’s ok for the money you pay.
BUT…
I checked in early in the morning, paid for the early check-in and left 2k deposit. My bad, I was tired after the night flight, I didn’t ask for the paper proving I paid it. And that was my mistake! When checking out, I was told I didn’t leave any deposit but just paid for the early check-in. That is totally crazy! Not recommended unless you’re ready to take the risk of being cheated. Beware

The 2000 deposit is a bit of a hassle though because now I end up with extra 2000 cash just before leaving the country

Nice place...some rooms are not wifi connected.... No enough space for parking...Ask first the information if they can gaurantee parking space for your car or else you will pay extr miney for it outside the hotel premises... Long waiting of elevator. Some what elevator i think need for maintenance or somewhat review.
