Our experience at this property was deeply disappointing. The room we stayed in had damp walls, and the shower was non-functional despite multiple complaints. Given the premium price we paid, this level of service was completely unacceptable. Additionally, the hotel has an inconvenient policy requiring a gate pass to exit the premises in a car. The main door remains locked, and guests are not allowed to leave without the pass, which made us feel like we were being confined. The vegetarian food was another major letdown. Our initial meals were subpar, and it took a complaint to the chef before we finally received food that was edible. The approach to the property is another inconvenience. Guests must navigate around 500 meters of a rough dirt track to reach the entrance. The absence of elevators in the buildings is another glaring issue. While we were on the ground floor, it must be a real challenge for those staying on the upper floors, especially for elderly or differently-abled guests. On a positive note: • The DJ playing by the poolside was a highlight, and we did enjoy the music. • The common areas were surprisingly well-maintained and clean. • The beach, though a long walk from our room, was a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Overall, while there were a few redeeming aspects, they were overshadowed by the numerous issues we faced. This property fell far short of expectations and certainly didn’t justify the cost.

Great property, by the beach having a private beach with great views from rooms. Neat & clean rooms..higher floor rooms have better views. Chef Nisit Das is a gem of a person. He accommodated many custom dishes which were not there in menu for us. Great food.

Great place to relax and recharge your batteries when you are tired of the daily grind and looking for a serene coastal escapade. Family friendly atmosphere without the rowdy boisterous party animals who throng such places. Food was sumptuous and lip smacking. Breakfast spread was worthy of many hotels in metro cities. Private beach access was the icing on the cake. The pool is clean and well maintained. Rooms were spacious with most modern amenities. Sea view rooms provided a gorgeous view especially at dawn and dusk. Staff was courteous and eager to help. Overall, a great experience with true value for money. Will surely come back next year.

The time we spent at your hotel was fantastic! The staff was kind and always willing to assist, and the pool area was great. Amazing experience we had at the resort.It’s very couple friendly.It’s one of the premium resorts at Mandarmani. Looking forward to returning!

Very nice property ***** with very well behaved staffs, and cozy environment. The sea view from the room makes propounding impact refresh your mood. The taste of food needless to mention ***** with perfect match of cocktails. Life was really good in this resort vast spread in more than 13 acres. I make sure I visit here soon and with my entire family.

Oh what a view everywhere around in the resort, we lived in tent which was a unique experience, surrounded by well maintained greenery. They don’t allow loud music so we felt pleasant and stress free here. The beach is really private here, early morning the waves were right at our feet behind the resort.

Wonderful experience is stay in luxury tent. Swimming pool is spec clean and very well maintained. Food is good but ordered parantha but nothing given ***** with it like curd/pickle etc. Lavish buffet was great. Access to beach is available and main mandarmani beach is also 3/4 kms away only. Vast & comparatively new property with all modern amenities. Fulfills the need of 4/5 star luxury hotel in mandarmani/digha.

One of the best hotel and excellent service.. I am fully impressed.best location in mandarmoni. Food are excellent. All staff are very friendly and helpful..kids are enjoying lots..best sea beach.. not so much crowded. Exactly what I want I get everything. Thanks Amar tree resort..

It's a very great experience here. Rooms are super clean and the service of the stuff was excellent. The resort premises is very beautiful with a fantastic pool. Sea view is very pleasant and its connected with the resort. Late night vibes was awesome with the classy light show.
