Punta Pacífico Bungalows

Beautiful place only a few steps off the beach. It is like a green oasis with a calm, tranquil atmosphere in the middle of a party town. Some of the spacious bungalows have private, well equipped kitchens and there is also a nice pool, hammocks and deckchairs. Edward, the manager keeps the place together with his family impeccable and also cares, together with the owner, for the friendly, abandoned animals that have found a safe place here.

The location a few meters from the beach, walking from the restaurants and sale of crafts. The clean facilities with a good Wi-Fi signal. The tropical environment, with gardens and palm trees, as well as the staff were excellent. They are is friendly and will help you with everything you may need. Excellent breakfast! If you are looking for a low key quiet place to relax in the party town of Mancora this is it. I would love to come back again!

Punta pacifico bungalows is an amazing place to spend a relaxing time at. For me the most important thing about traveling is the people you meet. Even though the place is amazing and comforting. The best thing about Punta Pacifico Bungalows, is the people working there. A young family with a 2 year old daughter are keeping the place in shape. They are available 24/7 for any questions we had. Edwar which is a receptionist, Gardner, carpenter and a lot more always has an open ear for anything we needed. His wife Isamar, which is in charge of keeping everything clean and making delicious breakfast is so lovely and friendly. And their daughter is just the cutest little thing. But that is not the only amazing thing the woman managing the place has a big heart for rescuing dogs and cats. So you are surrounded by cute animals and amazing staff. But enough about the people, the bungalow we stayed in is simple but has everything you need. And the whole complex is a cozy place with palm trees hammocks and a pool that is deep cleaned every morning and afternoon. All in all it was a pleasure staying at this amazing place. We booked direct through the hotel, upon arrival the manager tried to charge us extra, even after showing him the agreed price he still tried. We still ended up paying more than we should. The pool was often filled with bugs, which I cleaned myself one day, the rooms weren’t cleaned ever day even though there were ALOT of bugs and not many guests. Arrived to dead bugs in the room. Breakfast was good, the same each day. We had to complain twice for not having running water (50% of our time), after the second time we asked to move rooms, which we were told we would have to pay extra, terrible customer service. The room also had very bad smells throughout the night. The manager spent the majority of his time in a hammock rather than sorting out issues or working. He was very hostile. We feel the most recent reviews on *********** and google are fake as other guests staying at the same time also didn’t feel the hotel deserved anywhere near a ‘fabulous’ status. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

Breakfast was really good. The location of Punta Paxífico was remote from the rest of Mancora, but this is what we wanted! It was very quiet, and the personnel working there as well (Employees were exceptional, so kind and so profesional), as the owners were incredibly helpful. The pool was very nice, and all the amenities provided met our expectations. I loved the room. So quite, so beautiful with a wonderful view so, is such a beautiful place to stay. It’s a little oasis where you can relish spend days doing absolutely nothing in a peaceful setting.

The service. It's a very nice hotel, but the best of it was the service. We had an assigned server (Yohan) for our bungalow and he always made sure we were ok. Would come back just for good the service was from him, and other staff. The activities for kids were great as well in the pool, this is definitively a family-oriented hotel, while also having a rest area with many hammocksand privacy in its in front of the pool bungalows/suites in case you are a couple or family.

At first I thought it was going to be horrible because all the surrounding was flooded and muddy, however the attention from staff compensated that issue

I was there for four days and enjoyed it a lot. It is located near the beach and the urban area; nevertheless, it is quiet and safe. My room was big enough and comfortable. It's quite affordable and has everything you may need.
