check in is a v convenient and the staff r v nice and helpful, room is v comfortable

We were a group of colleagues and partners having a college reunion after more than 50 years since graduation as teachers We had to change the date due to covid-19 effecting some attendees. Given the new date we also had to shorten the stay from 2 to one night at the new date. I was not given a refund for the cancelled dates unlike all the others. The dinner dish of fish and chips that many ordered was awful and my wife found it inedible. She told the wait staff at the time. Workmen commenced work before 8am on level two and the work noise reverberated through the floors above where we were. Totally unacceptable and uncaring for the guests Altogether the stay was unpleasant and I will avoid staying there in future.

Premier Inn Dale Street is top drawer. The Premier plus room is the best Premier Inn room I've stayed in. There's a nespreso machine and green & blacks chocolates. Everything is clean and tidy. Oshane on the reception desk was particularly friendly and helpful. Give it a try!

The place is lovely, special mention to Oshane for taking good care of us the place is stunning and very accommodating. The bar area is so stunning and the staff are lovely. We stayed at in the plus rooms and it’s very spacious and modern Thankyou for our stay

I've always liked Premier Inns for their simplicity and their comfortable beds, but Manchester Piccadilly Premier Inn was good fun, too. The bar staff (Jack, in particular) were super efifiicient. After our concert, we came back to find out it was 2-for-1 cocktails and we ended up staying in the bar area until into the morning hours. Something I've never done at a Premier Inn before. A super comfy bed but also a really great vibe to the place.

Very central near Manchester Piccadilly. Sound proofing excellent. No noise from outside. Very helpful and friendly staff.

We nearly always stop at this premier Inn when we come to Manchester for football or show. It's convenient for the train station or if we drive has a car park opposite. Always happy with friendly staff and love the breakfast including perfect poached eggs and delicious sausages.. Would recommend and will definitely be staying here again. Only negative is they don't provide de-caf teabags anymore ?

It feels like home, coming back to this Premier Inn. Everyone is always so welcoming - indeed as I arrived I was greeted with 'Welcome Home'. This hotel has great baths - yes, baths. They are disappearing fast, a dying species, as they get replaced with showers. The staff are always very helpful in selecting me a room with a bath. I appreciate their time, friendliness and concern for my well being. In fact all the staff, morning or evening are great, as are the wonderful invisible room cleaners who always present whatever room I am in superbly. However on this visit, Premier Inn surpassed itself. Oshane was warm, welcoming, fast and efficient - and then went further helping tirelessly with all my various needs and requests. Oshane was thoughtful, anticipated my needs and above all made me feel like I was a special guest. I frequently stay in International 5 Hotels, but even in them, no-one has put themselves out like Oshane did for me at the end of a long and tiring journey. Thank you Premier Inn. Thank you Oshane
