check in is a v convenient and the staff r v nice and helpful, room is v comfortable

We were a group of colleagues and partners having a college reunion after more than 50 years since graduation as teachers We had to change the date due to covid-19 effecting some attendees. Given the new date we also had to shorten the stay from 2 to one night at the new date. I was not given a refund for the cancelled dates unlike all the others. The dinner dish of fish and chips that many ordered was awful and my wife found it inedible. She told the wait staff at the time. Workmen commenced work before 8am on level two and the work noise reverberated through the floors above where we were. Totally unacceptable and uncaring for the guests Altogether the stay was unpleasant and I will avoid staying there in future.

Premier Inn Dale Street is top drawer. The Premier plus room is the best Premier Inn room I've stayed in. There's a nespreso machine and green & blacks chocolates. Everything is clean and tidy. Oshane on the reception desk was particularly friendly and helpful. Give it a try!

This hotel is in a great location for the City Centre and Piccadilly station. Easy access to free buses as well as the tram. I have stayed here three times in 2024. The wheelchair-access rooms are large, spacious and the shower-rooms suit my needs on the whole. The Premier Plus rooms could do with a vertical grabrail in the shower. How this was missed in design I don't know? Housekeeping was fine, when reception actually informed them that I needed the room doing! Staff were very helpful, especially the girl who helped me to the station on leaving, above and beyond that was! Sadly, I did not get her name, as she deserves great credit. Interestingly, a couple of other staff members gave out cards with their names on, for the purpose of getting a mention on here. They were quite open about it too!

Hotel great but evening meal a disaster no staff food took over a hour to come out and was not great luke warm tbh we were going to a concert so didn’t really have time to complain

Great hotel car park right opposite the hotel all the staff were helpful and friendly nice bar area we had a evening meal there which was lovely and the breakfast was plenty it’s perfect for the coop area 5 mins to Piccadilly and 5 mins to get to the venue on the tram getting back was really easy on the tram then back to the bar for a drink whiskey sours were really nice.check in was really quick I used the self check in which was fine but there is a desk if you want it.the room was very clean and really quiet at night we were overlooking the road 514 it’s so perfect for the city and the coop live we will defo stay again when somebody we like plays there Cheers to all

Came with friends for a bank holiday stay in Manchester perfect location straight from train station. Inside was great decor, friendly staff at the bar and restaurant, and clean rooms. Can't ask for better, especially for the price.

The room wasnt clean there was hairs in the shower and the mugs had stains in. We also only got provided one towel for the shower when it was two guests.
