Not many cable channel s lots of walking no free coffee just Starbucks 6 to 7 $$ a coffee a joke

The most frustrating stay ever!!! we booked for three nights. First day the room fell through and I had to rebook again we had previous been told that our state was all set. However, somehow the booking did not go through. So after paying another $50 to rebook another room for one night, our keys did not work so we had to wait in the rain to find someone to let us in to no avail. After getting a new set of keys, we went to our room and there was no wastebasket whatsoever. We called the front desk, and asked for one the clerk Acted as though he didn’t know what to do about that so… Someone finally gave us a garbage bag which we hung on the drawer dresser drawer. Finally, the next day we were allowed to go into our room for the next two days which I had booked successfully only to find out that, the room has been vacant all along and was literally across the hall from the previous $50 extra room SMH once in our new room the refrigerator didn’t work so we had no nice cold drinks. I will never stay here again. I am astounded that this is a Marriott. We frequently stay at the Fairfield Marriott and love it there but we’re unable to book a room for the dates needed. Once again, this place sucks. And this is coming from someone who stays every single weekend.

Microwave, phone and coffee maker all didn’t work in the upgraded room that we stayed in. Nothing was done by staff.

The front desk staff was very attentive and kind. The bed was extremely comfortable and overall the room was very clean!

Our iron didn’t work. Our fridge didn’t work. All our food we brought for the weekend spoiled !

Clean room, updated facility. Convenient location to nearby restaurants and downtown venues. Staff is Very friendly. Bartender is very personable. Would be nice to have more food options on-site.

My overall stay was very enjoyable, the staff were curtious and polite ,i would definitely stay again for future weekends with my granddaughter

I would like to say when we had a problem Felicity C. Corrected everything and went above and beyond to fix it in a timely manner.

It's a beautiful property and a lovely place to stay after a long day of traveling. The only thing we didn't like was being charged for parking. (I don't think we were told in advance, but I am not positive.) That said, it was our favorite place we stayed on this trip.
