Brilliant hotel, no complaints about it, spotlessly clean, always. Shout out to umit,and fatih in the bar, and also Ramazan , Irfan and Mehmet, in the restaurant, always so attentive and friendly. Reception staff could not have been more helpful either, always friendly and available. The beach is a very comfortable stroll , its clean and very well supplied with everything you need for a relaxing day. The hotel rooms are lovely, great view over the pool with wonderful mountain views , and the resident guinea fowl kept us laughing with thier antics.only downside was the very rowdy and rude guests, swearing in front of kids, English too, very disrespectful to the staff and also to the property, feet up on tables in the lounge, and then abusive to staff when asked not to! Those cleaning staff work like trojans to keep the entire place immaculate and its horrible and embarrassing as a fellow Brit, to see and hear how some people treat them. It would also be nice if parents would try to stop thier children playing football, and running up and down outside the rooms, but again no fault of the hotel, just disrespectful people. Would go back again in a heartbeat, absolutely no complaints about the hotel, food was wonderful, and plentiful with good variety and freshly cooked. Honestly cannot believe how anyone can find fault with it. Thank you all Water Side staff for giving us such a great holiday

Waterside resort hotel is a very Good hotel. Nice and clean with everything you need. Anarikm team is great with one character at the forefront. Spaghetti is 10/10. A good laugh. (Mostly because he let me win at darts). Defo recommend for families x

Lovely hotel Ibrahim from ani**ation team very nice and friendly I enjoyed alot the visit. Very clean pool area with an excellent pool and everybody very friendly and welcoming will recomendamos this place to anyone around Manavgat/Sode area.

Only had one issue with the hotel, and that was on arrival. We’d been allocated the wrong room, but within 15mins all was rectified. The staff were all lovely, hotel was clean at all times and the food was amazing. So much to choose from each meal time. The shops within the hotel like you to pay by cash, so take plenty! They like euros or English. Can’t fault this hotel. We will be back for sure

Absolutely fantastic stay at Water Side. Staff were very friendly, especially Umit on the main bar. Animation team were great and full of jokes. Food was the best I’ve had whilst all inclusive. Room was great, with a fantastic view of the beach. Will be back for sure!

We were there only for a few days and I have a 1 year old and 3 year old. I couldnt fault it. The hotel itself is beautiful and the room is very clean. They clean the room everyday and fills your fridge with water and fizzy drinks for free. Food was very nice. They had a variety of food everyday and the restaurant is also opened from 11pm to 7am for those arriving late, with a selection of bread, cheese, crudite and bottle of water. You can also eat in the bar next to the pool, in the restaurant and they also serve food at the beach. The animation for children is great. It has a lovely family a**osphere.
