Marvida Family Eco - Ultra All Inclusive & Kids Concept

Really enjoyed our 7 days here. Hotel grounds are beautiful and really well looked after. We had a 3 bed villa and it was tidied daily with fridge restocked and new towels and bedding every day. (Only things were that the floors weren’t mopped and the mattresses on the sofa beds for the kids were thin and uncomfortable). So many different areas to discover and enjoy within the grounds. We were a family of 5 here for a week and we really enjoyed so many aspects of the hotel. The pools were great and not too cold that they couldn’t be used despite it being late October. Our 7 year old daughter loved the slides. Our 3 year old son mainly played in the little circular kids pool which he really loved. The kids play area was great and we hired the flashing cars on two nights which was €10 for 10 mins. Didn’t mind paying it as the kids loved them. The relaxation area and kids garden are beautiful and they loved the Kids Terrace above the reception which they played in mosts nights. The indoor pool was only slightly warmer than the outside and pools (not ‘heated’ as they stated on the website). The Turkish bath area was a nice find and my daughter especially loved it in there. Food in the main restaurant was OK but we did wish there had been more themed nights as it became quite repetitive. The kids buffet was a nice to have, but again, mainly chicken nuggets and chips or spaghetti. Salad choices were great and the Lamb Kofta was unbelievable. The dining area is quite chaotic and lots of queuing but overall not a bad experience. They also do late breakfast and late dinner for anyone arriving after midnight. The staff work very hard to try and keep it all running smoothly. Outdoor buffet area and cafe were great and the lady making Turkish pancakes daily was so friendly and happy to smile for a photo. The pancakes were also delicious. Ice creams available from 12 noon which we all enjoyed. The onsite shop was the worst part for us. They wanted €30 for a small inflatable and a pair of kids sunglasses. They also charged €9 for a packet of paracetamol. Would recommend going off-site for anything you need to buy. The beach was amazing and we wish we had been told about it when we arrived as only realised the hotel had its own area after 5 days. We had an amazing time that day and the facilities and food were great. The sea was also lovely and warm. You need to get your towels from the hotel as they don’t have them down there but plenty of sun loungers to choose from. On another day we took the Number 11 bus into Side Town for half a day and it only cost €1 each. (Cash only). Bus can be caught 5 min walk from the hotel and takes about 15 mins to get into Side. The town is really pretty with lots of history to see. You can pay €17 each for a ticket to walk round the amphitheatre, Ruins and Museum. They even gave my daughter a free pair of wireless headphones. We bought a few things from the shops here and prices were reasonable. Overall

I booked a LARGE room but was “upgraded” to a villa that was far from an upgrade. The villa was in poor condition: there were flying ants and red ants in both the bathroom and bedroom, dirty bedsheets, a blood-stained mattress, broken lights hanging from the wall, a cracked washbasin, and a broken shampoo dispenser. After I complained (no apologies from desk staffs at all) the hotel agreed to move me the second night, but instead of returning me to the large room I originally booked, they put me in a STANDARD room above the restaurant. They insisted it was a large room, but the constant noise from the fan made it impossible to sleep. On top of this, the chefs at the omelette station were unfriendly and seemed uninterested in their work. The food was repetitive, fish not as fresh. There are certainty good sides: the indoor pool was heated during our stay, albeit not as warm as we would have liked. The WiFi coverage was great throughout the hotel. The hotel agreed for a free late checkout upon request. Overall, my stay was stressful and disappointing. Would not return and would not recommend.

We had an incredible stay at Marvida Family Eco Hotel. It's the perfect destination for families looking to relax while their kids have the time of their lives! The hotel’s eco-friendly approach was impressive, making us feel good about our choice from the start. What really stood out was the kids' activities and the wonderful staff. Anna, in particular, was absolutely amazing! She was so kind, energetic, and creative, making every day an adventure for the little ones. Our little one couldn’t stop talking about the fun games, crafts, and nature explorations they did with her. Ali from the activities team was equally fantastic. His shooting games and bicycle rides were highlights of our stay! He was patient, encouraging, and made sure everyone had a great time while staying safe. We came home full of excitement about the experiences. The entire team created a fun and safe environment, and we felt our children were in the best hands. This hotel is truly a gem for families, and we’ll definitely be back!

Amazing hotel amazing staff so friendly and do anything for you, the food was ok not much choice but we are a family of very picky eaters not much choice for kids, the entertainment was good always something to do the rooms was always cleaned the cleaning staff were great very friendly and did an amazing job, our only bad experience was booking a horse riding trip the driver was not approved to come into the hotel which we found sketchy when we arrived we was greeted by the staff arguing with another family because they were telling us to leave felt very threatened and scared the staff were taking shots of alcohol no safety while riding the horses and the horses were in very bad condition the car we was in had no safety belts and the driver was also dinking alcohol while driving with a child in the car DO NOT BOOK THE HORSE RIDING TRIP the shops out side the hotel are very expensive try and take euro or Turkish money if you use English you get robbed the shopping centre near the beach is much better fair prices and also a little supermarket there overall the holiday was very good kids loved it weather was amazing would definitely recommend the hotel

This is a good hotel for family holidays. I stayed there with my family, and we had an amazing time. The hotel offers plenty of space for kids to play, a large pool, and a well-equipped sports area for adults. The staff was very friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and clean, with beautiful views. We also loved the variety of food options at the restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a relaxing and fun vacation!

Well what can I say loved every minute of it.from when we got there till we sadly went home. All staff was very friendly especially the animation Team so a big shout out to Alyona / Cuna Ali / Anna / Elif / sude / oznur / Eray and Suleyman that made my family & Friends feel very welcome. Will 100% be going back From Mr Bacon & Family xx
