the best feature is its convenience for the airport, just a few minutes away. There is nothing nearby that one can walk to. My room for 3 nights was simple. No way to make hot water or coffee in the room and they would not provide a kettle. No tissues and no glasses in the room to put a toothbrush in. The restaurant is I was told a separate business and cannot charge to the room. or at least that is what i was told. I had a pizza for lunch which i did not enjoy. later had fish (tambaqui) which was good. a limited menu and was slow for the food to appear. Breakfast had lots of breads but minimal fruit or cereal.

I go to this hotel every year and I feel it is very suitable for business people. It is also convenient to take a taxi at the door. It is also close to the supermarket. It is safe to travel around. The breakfast is very rich and there are various desserts! That is, the rain forest over there will rain sooner or later! The restaurant in the hotel is also OK. The problem is that there are a lot of Chinese tourists who go after knowing it...you know...

The hotel is very well located and is located in the central region of Manaus. I have a good structure and a good breakfast. I stayed for 02 days in the accommodation, but I reserved only 01 for Trip. The negative point is the first day, where there were two falls of energy during the morning, leaving the room without air conditioning. Manaus's heat is terrible and energy returned only a few hours later. The hotel's structure would make them a good generator.

The location is excellent, 200 meters away from the big hotel next door Gao inn, the facade is a bit small, the equipment is just in the middle of the law, but it is rare that there is no washing powder smell of the Brazilian hotel, it is relatively clean, the quilt is washed and sealed. In this respect, I can score 65 points, but after adding the service of the restaurant, it really makes me very satisfied! The breakfast is full, although there are not many types, but there are some. A buffet of 15 Baht is also available! It’s a gospel to the little poor who I am too lazy to forage.

Stayed at Casa dos Frades following a cruise on the Amazon. I arrived a day early for my reservation, but luckily, the hotel had vacancy for an additional night. I had booked what I understood to be a basic single room, but was given an enormous double room in the end. The whole house is beautiful too. A great and varied breakfast included in the price, which makes this place great value. Location right by the Amazon Theatre is very nice.

Located very close to the Amazon theatre, Taj Mahal is a very old hotel, the room despite spacious and with good air conditioning, has problems in facilities such as cutting gardens, shelling floor, old and rough towels, Doubtful board ... but all this has already been expected because the value they collect is very low. it does not give to expect much more than that for this price.

GGuest UserIt can be a good experience here... with some luck. Stayed here twice and the experience was miles apart, even though I ordered the same kind of room -a triple with a window. Yes, not all rooms have windows. The first time, they gave me room 106, and it was pretty awful. Very run down. A/C blows over the bed, which is what I wanted to avoid by ordering a nicer room. Fortunately, with some manual rigging of the A/C unit, that problem was solved. Mattress was serviceable. But the main issue was the water. The shower ran at a trickle, and never hot. I need to get out of there by 7:00 for an Amazon tour, and their ad hoc fix was to let me use the shower the workers use. You can imagine the state that shower was in. Not ideal at all. Oh, and 7:00 is when breakfast starts. After being used to 6:00 start times in Brazil, I was disappointed I would not have breakfast. Fortuntely that worked out -my driver was late, and some things were already getting put out by 6:50. I will say, for the price of rooms here, it's a good breakfast, though heavy on carbs. All said and done, the manager was very apologetic about the hot water situation, and offered me free lunch or dinner. Lunch/dinner also seems to be a buffet, with middle class Brazilians always holding parties there, it seems. That said, I declined, asking instead for a late checkout the next time I stayed (after my tour), for 1:30 pm. That was done, and they gave me a much better room -202. This one is borderline classy, with a faded elegance, 3 large windows, and most importantly working HOT WATER! Too bad the safe didn't work. Nor did the second safe they brought up. It's OK, nothing was stolen, but these are things that a hotel with its act together should be able to manage. Oh... and about that 1:30 PM late checkout... I did get it, but not before I was awoken at 1:30 in the middle of the NIGHT, by a member of the staff who mistakenly thought I asked to check out at 1:30 in the morning!! See, this is what I mean about ”good luck.” It can be a nice place if they run a tighter ship.

GGuest UserAfter the drought in the Amazon cut our 9 day camping tour short, we found Mural Living as a last minute accommodation for a shower, wi-fi, and air conditioning. Over the next few days, it became our home as we scrambled to find another tour operator. The hotel is centrally located, clean, and feels like home. We loved the hot showers, the quick service requests, all the kindness shown when communicating with me in my awful Portuguese, and the general low key vibe of the place. We ended up staying 3 nights, each morning coming down and asking to stay another night but keeping the same room. They so kindly obliged. I'm a huge fan of this hotel and whole-heartedly recommend it for others. It'll feel like a home away from home.

Take Uber from the airport to the hotel for 19-25 reais, less than 20 reais to porto de manaus (pier/port), 8 reais to the Indian Museum, Amazon Botanical Garden is a bit far away, about 30 reais, yes The parking lot, environmental services are quasi-four-star, but the hotel entrance is not very angry.

Good, staff can speak english, very helpful & enjoyable. If u want go to manaus this hotel was recomended. Food was delicious & staff can help us if we need something. Just try pool it's good one. Please make area for hot water, so no need come down to request it.

JJONO5K22Excellent value. The breakfast is the strongest point by far with a solid array of foods, drinks and nibbles. The room was a decent size with AC and TV. The water pressure was great and was of course hot. Soaps and towels provided, though there was no hairdryer. However, the room did contain a large fridge and full mirror. The only real negative is the WiFi. It basically doesn't work enough to load more than a Google page. The speed test showed between 3-6 megabytes per second throughout the hotel, so no online video calls I'm afraid. That said, for the price paid, one can't complain. The value is exceptional. Note that the fitness centre contains very old mostly broken equipment, though the pool looks nice enough.
