It’s very good location. Near by shopping malls, fuel station, 24 hours room service, open buffet is going on always there they giving special discount also to in house guest's. Always happy staff welcoming u with smile whenever entering inside or going outside. Really great experience. We enjoy our stay. We will visit again. Highly recommended.

The Bed was very comfortable! The Hotel Business room 9th floor. Do not be fooled this hotel should be three or less stars. It is very tired the rooms look good on the pictures only. My room two windows one screwed shut the other not closing properly so maintenance came a screwed this one shut so no fresh air. The bathroom silicone city water does not get hot. The carpet not vacuumed in ages i happened to have a clothes roller with me so did a test, covered in hairs and bits, hate to think. the chairs not great condition and the desk chair back legs broken. The food Indian style and mostly cold, omelet filed with remaining few pieces of veg before chef realized more people coming so went to get more, found myself listening to other peoples loud telephone conversation or what they were watching on U tube rather than the background music what is the world coming to no manners. Staff slow and not really with it. House keeping manager does not manage housekeeping. Hold your breath if you dare stay and that is even more true if you are using the lift as the fragrance dispenser tries to fumigate you before you reach your floor. Of course i complained they changed the desk chair, vacuumed the carpet and the housekeeping manager who was very smart and nice apologized. Checked out changed hotel. Oh swimming pool out of use. but the one in the next tower available if you want the journey. Nothing personal just the facts this hotel could be great. Will not add pictures this review is enough i think.

Good hospitality, high response Good system for lighting beside your bed Good smell in rooms But didn't like Indian cooker also the same menu no variety of food or fruit Main issue was food No tv channels

Its good and niche and quite hotel👍 I recommend this hotel and the receptions employees they so kind I would recommend if updates they furnitures thats what they need otherwise everything good in hotel And if lay add at least one more FaceTime Facility like a bar would be nice

‘I would like to highlight my excellent stay in Al Safir during my Business Trip/meeting. The place is sophisticated, my room was inviting and fantastic. The food was amazing and the customer service was far beyond my expectation. The Hotel staff were accommodating, respectful and provided me high quality of service special mention to Ms. Menchu who help me a lot on inqueries and requirements. Her positive personality and smile contributes to smooth transactions. I really appreciate her support. Because of great exoerience I had, I am confident to recommend Al Safir to my friends and colleagues for their upcoming business and/or holiday trips. Awesome and unforgetable stay!!!”

It was a great and enjoyable experience ! The services are very good, The hotel room is clean all needs are inside the room. The food is delicious. Love to stay because all the staff are very good and very accommodating. Reception staff are very helpful, especially Ms. Mench she’s very professional on dealing on inquiries. I will be coming again and refer this hotel to all my friends.

Excellent stay, highly recomended even I can't go outside because of quaratine rules I feel comfortable, the food is great thanks to my kabayan Chef Marivic for my food for 10 nights, to all housekeeping staff to deliver what I need in my room kabayan Rowena,Melson and Saiful. To all the receptionist specially Ms. Jeda for always helping me to all my inquiries and request everytime I call even sometime I feel shame to call bcoz I know she is the one on duty. Thank you so much for the good hospitality when I was there. God Bless to all of u
