I had a fantastic stay at the dls hotel in Manali.hotel view is very fabulous and location is near mall road. The rooms were very comfortable, making it easy to relax. The food was awesome, with a great variety and exceptional taste. The staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend for a pleasant get away. I travelled with my family and stay was wonderful. Staff is very polite and courteous. Food is very delicious. It is highly recommended. Irecently stayed at La Serene and had a wonderful experience. The staff was highly professional, and the room service was excellent. The rooms were spacious, impeccably neat, and very hygienic. I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended!

Stayed in honeymoon suites for 3 nights. Rooms are very very spacious and beautiful. Washrooms are clean and shining. Food is good and service is awesome. Parking facility is huge that can accommodate 18 cars. Property is 1 kms from mall road. Public transport easily available near property.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite. The room is spacious and clean. Receptionist is very kind. Breakfast was ok. The impeccable service and hospitality of your staff made our retreat most enjoyable. We were very impressed by the responsiveness of you and your staff from the planing stage till the end of our retreat. What is most commendable is that numerous request were all but acceded Nice cosy room. Newly refurbished room, bathroom was cleaned and bad was comfortable. Nice lobby with some sort grand old fashioned decor staffs were very friendly and service were excellent. Definitely will come back to stay here as my hotel of choice when I'm at Manali. Friendly staff, nice design, good food. Staff are friendly, the foods are yummy. Comfortable bed I love it and sure will go again. An enjoyable and comfortable stay The Hotel was conveniently located and is easily found. My stay was very enjoyable. My room was large and it made movement within the room very convenient. The bed was large and very comfortable and I like the colour and the decor in the room. It was very tastefully done and to me, many will like it. I was very happy to be given a late check-out after my small request. My friend and I was very happy and pleased with one day stay. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer. Had to return for work. Thanks to DLS family for make our stay and trip grateful and joyful.

I have booked 2 rooms in this hotel. Hotel was splendid. I like the way of Hospitality, food and everything. Front desk staff was supercalifragilsiticexpialodocious. They are kind, polite and considerate towards every guest. Thank you and I would like to visit again.

Excellent property, beautiful location and scenery from beautiful and Large rooms. Very good food specially dinners. Exceptionally friendly and helping staff. Nice Experience and one of the best hotels in manali!! But the only affecting factor was food service they take much time otherwise everything was fantastic.And the rooms were also good, the view from the windows are so pleasant and very beautiful!!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was a very pleasant stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
