Being a travel agent , sent a group of 15 guest to this hotel .Booked 06 rooms for 04 Nights. Paid almost the cost for 03 Days out of 04 Days stay.But at the guest check in the reservation manager asks guest for payment.which is so embarrassing for a travel agent.Upon calling the reservation manager argued in a wild manner.Hotel was good , food , ambiance ,cleanliness ,everything was up to the mark. but being a 4* hotel there should be some sort of courtesy,,,, to be taken care of.
