Feedback for *hotel tamhankar*
not at all happy with the service rendered by hotel management and staff. Wants to share few scenario as below 1. Room allotment - room was allotted on first floor. There is no space on stairs to carry your bags easily. 2. Service staff - staff will not assist you to carry your bags from hotel gate to room. 3. Common area lights - lights are not available in common area (gallery, staircase etc) i need to turn on the lights at midnight
4. Towels - towels are not cleaned. Surprised to see unwashed and tattered towels
5. Window curtains - room window facing is towards to main gate and road. It is surprised to see that curtains are not available on windows
6. Communication - there is facility available to connect with the hotel staff from assigned room. Every time you need to reach at reception desk and ask for support. 7. Water - tab water is not available for entire day
8. Tea - we asked for a tea or coffee in afternoon, but the staff member replied that milk is not available and milkman will come in late evening. 9. Cooling freeze - not working for entire day. 10. Check out - i want to move out at early in morning (around 7 am. I communicated the same think one day before, but still there is no one to complete the check out process. I just opened the hotel main gate, keep the room keys at reception and informed one of the member over phone that we are leaving.
