非常古老、典雅的酒店，坐落在綠松石般的高山湖泊：Sils湖的盡頭。一進門，優雅的紳士就報出了我們的名字，他始終親切而幽默，使我們賓至如歸。在格勞賓登州，幾乎看不到中國遊客，因為這裏一般需要自駕才能到達，但獨特的恩嘎丁地區真的非常值得遊覽，強烈推薦大家來馬洛亞，入住這個傳統的酒店，枕着青山綠水，聆聽着牛羊的掛鈴進入夢鄉……

Hotel maravilhoso, vista, acomodações, recepção, localização, luxo, tudo perfeito do checkin ao checkout. O hotel e um requinte em seus utensílios e móveis que é uma verdadeira obra de arte, não dá nem vontade de sair dele. Com vista para o lago, acesso rápido as cidade vidinhas.

Nice place Polite staff (especially at the restaurant) and manager However the corner room is too far 😂 from internet For three days I had to use my own roaming data The technicians visited the room, there was no solution, no apology. Unfortunately when we got to the room there was black hair on 2-3 white chairs, easy to spot. The lady cleaned it politely, however not any apology from the hotel.

Dear, we stayed here for 1 night purely for the experience. We arrived and were received guests. However, we soon realised that everything here was a bit focussed on a Jewish gathering. As a result, we felt that we were being cornered. The room was perfectly fine! A good bed, a good shower, and a good seat! In the morning at breakfast we saw an extensive Koosher breakfast and there were only roadside plates and cups. When we asked for an ordinary bowl, we were soon criticised by the person in charge of the meeting. It came across as quite offensive. As a result, our hunger was quickly gone. The staff was very Friendly!

"Value" hotel for the region. They would not change our room immediately after check in. Odd numbered rooms face the Swiss Alps. Even, the non-landscaped, rundown courtyard. We decided to leave a day early (partly the overall hotel, a bit because other guests partied quite loud, and also there is not that much in the region after 2 days hiking). The hotel refused to allow us to leave without paying for the final day. Front desk manager was quite rude on this point. Extremely limited eating options. Also pretty lumpy pillows. Could work if money is the main concern.

What a great great place . Absolutely loved staying here. Came for an investors summit. And loved the place . Perfectly positioned if you want to get away. Deep in the ‘no body goes there zone ‘ of maloja . Near enough to St Moritz to matter . Highly recommend

My stay at the Palace Hotel was a big dissapointment. The place is old, could use some renovation but my room was clean. However, its staff made me want to leave the place as soon as possible. I travelled there with my daughter and her stroller. The entrance to the hotel/the lobby is only accessible by stairs (while the rooms can be reached through an elevator) and the receptionist refused to help me carry the stroller up and down the stairs apart from being extremely unfriendly. This resulted in me having to lift and carry the stroller every time I left the hotel. Furthermore, the hotel’s restaurant only serves vegeterian dishes, of which the choice was rather small. Out of 4 dishes that I wanted to order, they had none “on stock”. Lucky for us, because we went on to have an amazing dinner at Schweizerhof Hotel!

All was bad. How can a place like that called itself a Palace its mystery to me. Horrible rooms, unfriendly staff, disgraced breakfast, not cleaned, old xmas flowers still decorating the corridors… and i could go on and on… in the end, a very depressing experience. Please avoid it with all you have! Its simply horrible
