Non functional pools, exposed electrical wires, septic tanks filled with stones and not cleaned, impudent and inefficient manager-Owyo and his equally shameless guards, like Albert can harass a single mother and the child. Albert snatched a coconut from the child, threathened to hit him for opening the beach gate. He further sent a message to me earlier on that he is facing financial problems insinuating financial assistance which i declined Under the current manager, oywo the place is rundown. The single room apartment i had stayed in was smelling of dampness, the geyser was not working and when i asked for repairs i was threathened should i not leave within few hours my luggage would be thrown out. Beware of this rundown place where secirity as well can be compromised. A man had committed suicide and the management permitted hundreds of people to enter in to see the man's body as if it was an exhibition. Security of the residents was severly compromised with so many unknown people entering within the premises. Until this management remains, Oasis remains a pathetic place to reside in. As days go on you notice the massive cracks which is suggestive of a disaster waiting to happen.
