Funcionários 5****. Sempre disponíveis e prontos a ajudar Hotel com boas condições e excelentes piscinas. A limpeza do quarto quando chegamos não era a melhor. As bebidas com álcool são muito fracas. É compreensível que num regime tudo incluido tenham bebidas de serviço, mas penso que deveriam disponibilizar bebidas premium cobradas à parte. Não é fácil deslocar deslocarmos-nos sem carro, seja para o centro de Platanias, que é onde está o verdadeira movimento ou para as melhores praias. Apenas excursões e transportes públicos. A comida é boa e variada. A repetir...

Hotel com excelentes condições para famílias
Apesar de ter praia quase provada a mesma não é de areia fina.
As bebidas com álcool, cerveja vinhos e digestivas são de fraca qualidade
Funcionários são o melhor do hotel. Sempres prestáveis
Hotel distante da vila. Necessário sempre Taxi ou transportes públicos

Wonderful time spent here. The food is really great and the animation team with their continuous enthusiasm makes sure you have the best time around the pool or on disco nights. This place can take a huge amount of people and can also manage to make you feel special. The staff is well prepared, professional and hard working. Plenty of things to do, from spending wonderful time around the huge pool, participating in different activities organised by the team or using the water slides again and again, to name a few. If you decide to go with your kids, they'll never get bored; this place makes sure they get full attention too. I would give maximum stars anytime and totally recommend it.

I recently stayed at the Creta Princess hotel with my 8 yr old daughter and I highly recommend it! The food is fantastic and the staff are great. The animation team are incredible, especially Joy. Who was always happy and chatty with everyone. The best part of the hotel is its pools and water slides. My daughter loved these and spent all day in the water. The life guards were very friendly and attentive. Vaggelhs was especially helpful as I asked him to keep an extra eye on my daughter for me as I was on my own and she was off playing with her new friends. He said it was no problem and I was happy she was safe in his care.

the animation team was so good and sonia in the rainbow team was amazing with the kids and makes the hotel such a better place and i loved spending every second of my night and day with her i loved it 💗

Absolutely bad experience! We had to cancel our trip to Grand Gennadi at Rhodes after the fires this August and last minute booked this hotel in Crete advertised as a 4 star hotel.
The morning we arrived we used the lobby washrooms and they were worse/dirtier than the type of washrooms you use at the beach. We visited the breakfast buffet and everything was messy, Nutella on the buffet tables spread everywhere with flies all over. Extremely noisy and crowded like an IKEA food court. This is definitely not a 4 star experience.
We haven't had the chance to check in and get to our room since we were at the hotel at 8:30 am and contacted ******* to get a refund since we were travelling along with our 2 kids and didn't want to waste our vacation altogether. We were reassured by the agent that the hotel manager will make an exception and we were on the phone for 5-6 hours on hold until 2 pm. They said worst case they would charge us for one night fees but instead they fully charged us the full amount and they let us know about this the next day. We had to leave the island because of our son getting sick, probably because of the hotel washroom and we were charged a full 7 nights accommodation package. Absolutely unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. I would greatly appreciate a full refund even though no one reached out to us all this time.

The outdoor hotel environment was fine, pleasant and well organized. Nice atmosphere for children.
The rooms are so outdated. There is only one electrical outlet. Luckily I brought an extension cable and splitter. The furniture in the room and throughout the hotel are very basic.
There is a good variety of food but the food is generally overcooked and generally very salty. I realize cooking large quantity for hundreds of people may be difficult.
The service in general was very good. The personnel is kind and very helpful.

Had the best experience.
Staff were lovely from reception right through to the chefs and cleaners.
Would love to come back, the kids had an absolute ball. Big variety of things to entertain the kids as well as adults, many relaxing options too.
