A fine option for a night, pretty good price (for Malé). Staff super nice and polite, amenities work, breakfast is continental only but does the job. Expect all usuals of a budget hotel: room is obviously not big and basic, but again - does the job.

The couple living downstairs in the second-floor city view room said that they did not dare to sleep at night because they were afraid that someone would climb up. Room and bathroom were very clean and very spacious. I forgot few items at the hotel and we left for an another resort at the island. Champa central’s staff safza was very helpful. She sent my stuff at the resort.

The room was good. Very clean and comfortable. The shower drained well. The sheets and bed were OK. The problem was that the shower water temperature was not stable and there was no hook for the shower head, so I couldn't wash my head with both hands. The hot water sometimes came out and sometimes didn't depending on the timing. It would be helpful if they provided a service such as an adapter for overseas electrical plugs. The biggest problem was the attitude of the staff! Very bad. There was no support for carrying luggage, and when I asked, they just ran away. The man at the front desk did not think that his job was to serve customers. Communication would have gone well if he had explained things slowly and calmly, but he got angry and confrontational, his language was rough, and it was extremely unpleasant. It is very important to improve for your sake. I think they should receive hospitality training.
