Experience was horrible. I told them we have booked a room for three people. One if my friends added up in the last minute, so if they can accommodate him also, we will adjust accordingly. They told, 500 + gst will be charged. I told no issues. The next thing, he told since we were checking in warly, that i have to pay half of the chargeable amount, i also agreed to that. The room was one of the worst kind. Since they saw, four eligible bachelors they just threw us on the top floor, where work is still being done. There were insects and cockroaches everywhere. No extra mattress, given. Yet they charge you extra. When we requested to change this room, he just blatantly replied, come after 9. 00 am. When we went there, after 9. 00am, he just said, sorry he couldn’t do anything. Next morning, they called up at 11. 52am on the intercom and told us, whether we were staying or checking out. I replied no we will check out. The person on the other side told, that if it was past 12, he would charge us half a day extra. What sort of professional behaviour was that? and how could you not see tge condition of the room, and change it?
