1. Ilof**alaga rented us apar**ent 4A at 39, Alameda Principal. The photos of this apar**ent on their website are too flattering (traces of serious scratches on the paint of the walls at the level of the chair backs, torn pillow cases, stained hangings and carpets, top of the mirror broken in the secondary bathroom, drains of the sinks of the main bathroom draining with great difficulty, lock of the main door extremely difficult to operate). The coffee maker didn't work (it was changed for a slightly newer model during the day). It was so difficult to communicate with them by email, that I had to open a WhatsApp account just to communicate with them. 2. The agency offices were 500 meters from our apar**ent. No offer of shuttle or accompaniment from them. My wife and I are in our mid-seventies, and had just arrived from Canada; we hadn't slept for 27 hours and were overwhelmed with fatigue. This being our first visit to Malaga, we had to walk to Alameda Principal with our heavy suitcases, not knowing where to find them. It was the most arduous travel arrival of our lives (and we've traveled a lot, especially in Europe). 3. The week before we arrived, I received this lovely message from someone called "José": "Thank you so much for booking with ilof**alaga! Hello, how are you? I am Jose from ilof**alaga, and I will be the person in charge of assisting you during your stay in Malaga! On the day of arrival, we will give you the keys in our reception located at Calle Alarcón Luján 11. Our hours are 10:00-22:00 Monday to Friday and 10:00-20:00 on weekends. Please, could you give me an estimated arrival time? I would greatly appreciate it since this way we can plan that day with our cleaning staff. My job is to make your stay fantastic, so do not hesitate to contact me, either by phone or through this chat, to clarify any questions you may have. Welcome!". 4. The problem is that this "José" doesn't exist... I've sent him all sorts of messages to which I've never received a reply! It's a pity, because this company, which offers supposedly top-of-the-range apar**ents at genuinely top-of-the-range prices, would be well advised to actually offer a concierge service...

I stayed here end of september with 4 friends in a 3 bedroomed apar**ent with roof top jacussi. We were really looking forward to it as the pictures were beautiful - we paid over £1600 for four nights and was expecting a 5 star apar**ent like the pictures showed. The apar**ent was very dirty with hardly any furniture and the ouside area was absolutely horrendous - again hardly any furniture and what was there was dirty and broken, the jacussi didnt work - we had the engineer out every day sometimes for hours and still at the end of it it still didnt work. We attempted all weekend to talk to the management company and we got absolutely nowhere - we were told by them that lots of hen and stag breaks had been there and thats why it looked different to the marketing photos??? just madness that they find this acceptable. An absolute rip off - do not book this apar**ent you will be disappointed.

Our 3 week rental in Malaga was terrific from beginning to end. Excellent communication prior to arrival and during our stay. The 2 bedroom was located in Old Town area with a layout ideal for us and visiting friends. The ILOF**ALAGA staff were helpful, engaging and clearly customer focused. For example a drip style coffee maker was not in the unit so they bought one for our use. That’s a small example of their effort to please their customers. Julia, Maya, Mariana, and Jose made it clear they valued our business. Thank you. We’ll be back.

Estamos en un apartamento en la plaza de la Constitución. Un apartamento de una habitación. Al llegar vimos en el suelo del cuarto de baño un agujero como de 30cm que impedía coloc**** delante del lavabo. Pedimos que nos cambiaran de apartamento y nos dijeron que no había ninguno disponible. En el salón hay un sofá totalmente destartalado que si te descuidas te caes al sentarte. No hay armario donde colgar o guardar la ropa, solo hay una barra de unos 50cm con 2 perchas solamente. La bomba de calor hace un ruido horrible si lo conectas y que debes apagar por la noche. El apartamento viejo y desangelado.lo único bueno la ubicación. No volvería nunca y tampoco lo recomendaría.

Cet appartement est défraîchi (traces d'importantes égratignures sur la peinture des murs au niveau des dossiers de chaises, enveloppes d'oreillers déchirées, tentures et tapis tachés, haut du miroir brisé dans la salle de bain secondaire, drains des lavabos de la salle de bain principale s'écoulant très difficilement, serrure de la porte principale extrêmement difficile à faire fonctionner). La cafetière ne fonctionnait pas (elle a été changée pour un modèle un peu plus récent durant la journée). Il m'a été tellement difficile de communiquer avec eux par courriel, que j'ai dû ouvrir un compte WhatsApp juste pour communiquer avec eux. 2. Les bureaux de l'agence étaient à 500 mètres de notre appartement. Aucune offre de navette ou d'accompagnement de leur part. Ma femme et moi sommes dans la mi-soixante-dizaine, et nous arrivions du Canada; nous n'avions pas dormi depuis 27 heures et étions accablés par la fatigue. S'agissant de notre première visite à Malaga, nous avons dû nous rendre à pied sur Alameda Principal avec nos lourdes valises, sans savoir où ça se trouvait. Il s'est agi de notre arrivée de voyage la plus pénible de notre vie (et nous avons beaucoup voyagé, en Europe notamment). 3.
