Hotel fica localizado no calçadão, com vários bares e restaurantes a volta, não tem como chegar de carro, o estacionamento e do outro lado da avenida.
No terraço do hotel funciona uma balada (lounge) que é aberto ao público, fazem fila na porta do hotel para entrar, segurança é zero, uma barulho infernal
Apto não tem frigobar
Pior de tudo é o café da manhã, ridículo, não é buffet, você precisa optar entre iogurte ou ovos, não tem frutas, as mesas são hiper desconfortável (mesa alta de bar) e o atendimento além de ser demorado é péssimo 👎 decepção total

Great location and very nice staff, bed not bad at all. That's about all that I can say positively.
The room was very small and the window high, so it gave a feeling of claustrophobia. There were two sets of shutters at the window, which were heavy to open and with arthritis in both shoulders, I wasn't too pleased. Every accessory in the bathroom was loose. No soap in the hand wash dispensor. No shower cap or any extras. No telephone in the room to connect with reception, which was a pain. I was awarded a bottle of wine with my room, but I was told I wouldn't get it until the restaurant opened at 7pm. I ended up going out to get something to eat at 7ish, so the wine was totally wasted. The elevator is shared with the restaurant and roof top bar, so always had a long wait to get up to my room. I'm a regular traveller to Malaga, but I won't be going back again.

The good thing about hotel is central location. But there is no car access, parking nearby is usually full, no space even to park your car for few minutes, so you need to carry your luggage 200 meters or more. Hotel is located on the very loud street with restaurants, so it impossible to sleep at night. There is a rooftop restaurant in the same building and I didn't feel safe, when visitors were walking right behind my room in the evening and night (there is no separate access there). Security measures are poor. There is no kettle, no mini fridge, no glasses in the room. Only soap in the bathroom, nothing else. No daily cleaning. This hotel is not worth money at all.

Good hotel with nice staff and excellent breakfast. Only minus point: our room was on the first floor, where they transferred supplies for the restaurant. A lot of noise in the hallway all evening

Situated in an ideal location to reach all of the highlights of Malaga, this is a nice little Hotel, however the road works being carried out in the adjacent tunnel, ensured there was no chance of a lie in.
The location is perfect, with discounted access to the local car park, which is helpful. We also only received one towel in the bathroom for the 2 of us, so another challenge, overcome.

Great central location. Clean and tidy. Pleasant staff. We didn’t notice the noise mentioned in other reviews. Some street noise but that was pleasant !

Alcazaba is located in a great location. It's three minutes walking to the Roman theatre, wonderful cafes and convenient walking access to the old historic areas of Malaga.
The hotel itself feels like it could use a fresh coat of paint, especially in the hallways. And the lighting in the hallways is that white light, which adds a coldness to any space.
The breakfast is acceptable but certainly is not generous considering the price. But the view from the 4th floor is very nice and there's an outdoor space on the 4th floor restaurant to enjoy fresh air and thew views to the Moorish city walls.
