The spa service in bathroom not function. Internet not strong, when loading the smart tv, the movie keep loading. The breakfast a bit disappointed. It is ala cart instead of buffet. Menu mentioned sausage but no sausage in our breakfast but never informed. At the same time the hash brown super oily and soft instead of crispy.

The hotel location is nearby Jonker streets. Quite place and I have a pleasant stay. But receptionist can be more welcoming and helpful. Our room smells like moldy odour.

Cons: ants on my bed and table, bathtub was not working and it was cracked and very dirty. Towels and bedsheets have stains on it. I have short hair but found many long hairs in the room and toilet.. unsure why was it not cleaned.
Pro: free water refill stations to cut down on plastic bottles thumbs up for this, hotel parking was relatively close (open area parking) , location is very close to jonker walk. Roomy and spacious room. Staff was really friendly too, tho was expecting at least some compensation for such a disappointing stay.

Receptionist was so polite & eloquently guided us upstairs till the lift.
Room could fit 4 kids/2 adults, was very spacious & elegant.
Was a very nice stay, mom said “book this hotel next time for Malacca”
Strategic place for tourists to visit Malacca

The location is something to shout about, it was walking distance to restaurants and attractive places like Jonker Street. Gated parking and plenty of parking spaces. While the bathtub is undeniably huge, it did have a slightly older aesthetic. It is worth noting that some cosmetic updates would enhances it overall appeal.

It’s located near Jonker Steet where most of the tourist attractions are located. The hotel crew service is good. We actually booked a room with bathtub, never expect that it’s big bathtub which can fit into 2 person. We very enjoy our quality time together.
