Atlantis Executive Melaka by I Housing

Facilities is good but the information for check in is not clear especially about the deposit that we have to paid before check in and it takes some time to settle it down because we need to wait for the owner property to registered us and give us QR Code to the security to enter the property. Overall facilities inside the house is good but the only things that not provided is mineral water and 3in1 premix. Swimming pool open until 9pm but limitation for kids only until 6.45pm, it's quite disappointed because i arrived around 6pm and when i go to the swimming pool my kids cannot enter and she cried. Unfortunately next morning raining until check out time.

The location is good not too far from tourist attractions. Everything place is only 5km around you. The room is spacious which can fit up to 8people. The view is also nice which you be can see the very big swimming pool right below you. After all, it’s very easy to do self check-in, the security guard is also friendly and helpful. FYI: it’s not a ghost building. But this Atlantis Residence are loaded with nice people. You can see many super car at parking lot, many people come for swimming and many people in the building.

We had a great stay. Everything is well cared. Definitely gonna stay here again.

Hotel is good for parking to easy, the sweeping pool is big and good for my children to play, view hotel so beautiful. View a sea and pool interesting to family releks and release stress. So we have to can again with my family’s. So what are waiting for booking hotel now with trip.com. Its price special with offer and vouchers #melaka #vocationinmalaysia

Complicated key acquire processs. Many form to fill in. No front desk... Others than this is quite ok.

This place DOES NOT worth the price you paid for. 1. There are ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICES provided throughout your entire stay at Atlantis Malacca. 2. Self Check-in system is not properly managed. Access cards/Keys were locked in mailbox for self collection, but cannot access to the mail box room without any access card. Time wasted. 3. Security guards are 100% foreigners, not friendly, not able to speak simple English, not able to speak even simple Bahasa. Even as a Malaysian we were having problems communicating with them. Time wasted. 4. Unnecessary time wasted to get WIFI connection when arrived the unit. Unnecessary time wasted to search for swimming pool, as there were no proper directory boards displayed inside the lift or anywhere in the building. 5. Misleading information about swimming pool operating hours of 9am-9pm daily, which actually were not allowed to swim from 12noon to 3pm. Not allow to swim under sunny day. 6. Only 3 towels were provided and not 5 towels as mentioned on the check-in form. Should follow number of pax as registered during booking. 7. Kitchen stove is SO DIRTY, table cloth SO DIRTY, utensils NOT ENOUGH for a family of 4 person, fridge is SO DIRTY, the cooking area is SO RUNDOWN and Aircond is NOISY. 8. There is a welcome card placed inside the fridge saying there are homemade sweeties for customer...but actually there is NOTHING inside the fridge ! Why place the card to disappoint customers ? 9. Balcony light is NOT WORKING. 10. Customer will not waste the vacation time to complaint all the above. 11. No confident to return tonthe same place again in future.
