Hotel room is spacious, took sometime for the receptionist to provide the room type we booked for, as we requested for room with bathtub and he told us it was not available. After insistence they managed to find for us and mentioned that it was an upgrade. First time heard bath tub is consider as upgrade. Nonetheless the staff were all friendly. Breakfast can be better for a five staff hotel .. room view were bad as we facing another building despite paying for room with city view

Hotel was nice enough to change my room after 1 night as it was very noisy. Top floor noisy from the aircon fans.

Kinda disappointed with the stay. Corridor Aircond was shut down and rooms Aircond was set to higher temperature for cost saving. Will not recommend this

The location is convenient, walkable distance to Church and A Famosa. There are shuttle service from Friday to Sunday.
Waited quite awhile for checkin.
The room and beds are quite big, the view is good.

This is a new hotel .Hotel lobby is huge and high class . The pathway to our room is clean and tidy . The bed is like usual , we had a pillow menu . That’s makes this staycation more comfortable. That’s really good news for the people who could not sleep at night. The swimming pools is really enjoyable and nice pool for viewing the city while we swim .But they didn’t provide bathrobe . Only one thing, I think it’s a bit troubling me . That’s the bath soap . They do give 2 piece of small soap for guest . But they only provide one soap container to keep the soap when using it . I can only put the soap on the bench in the toilet 😅but it’s not a big deal . I will still be back to stay in this hotel for the next visit to Melaka .
