Extremamente satisfeito, o serviço foi caloroso e atencioso. A decoração é única e distintiva, o local é limpo e higienizado, e o ambiente circundante é bonito, facilitando as deslocações. O pequeno-almoço gratuito tinha um sabor único. O jantar é conveniente e económico, tive uma ótima experiência! Na próxima vez que vier, ficarei novamente aqui. Obrigado!

I will definitely strongly recommended anyone & everyone to book a room at Bali Residence under Jeffery Management because it is worth every penny you will spent. Me, my wife & my son had the best of our holidays due to the unit we rented in. Without any doubts & without any hesitation if I were to go to Melaka, there won't any other unit I will stay in except at Bali Residence under Jeffery Management. Everything single things is perfect. Mind blowing unit with great facilities around & nice seaview.

I'd like to share regarding our stay. Unfortunately, we had a rather unsettling experience during the night. Around midnight (between 12am and 1am), someone attempted to access the unit using a key, we could clearly hear the sound of a key trying to unlock the door. This caused quite a fright, especially for the children. Suggestions: • It would be highly recommended to install an internal door lock for added security. Ideally, a CCTV camera or a door peephole would also help, so guests can see who is outside before opening the door or windows. Aside from that incident, the stay was generally pleasant. A few minor maintenance issues to note: • Some lights and remotes may need to be checked for proper functioning. • The toilet bowl feels a bit unstable as it is shaking and need a fix. It definitely worth for a returns if all these can be improved. 😊

Both my husband and l loved this place. We’ve been here many years ago and now back with a room that has a garden, beautiful, spacious, couldn’t be better.  Absolutely nice. Location very convenient, staff very friendly. Will definitely be back.

Hotel is very conveniently located near makuta parade and 2 other malls, especially if you are going there by coach. There is a caring pharmacy just in front and many eatries around. Our 2 bedder family room was big and spacious but the carpets might need a wash and the room feels a but mouldy but we rented an air purifier that helped. Breakfast was average. Overall a good stay.

This new hotel has a great location, surrounded by plenty of food options and shops. It also offers very good value for money and is highly recommended for budget travelers. The room was new, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly, and ample parking is available. It would be even better if a water dispenser were provided.

O hotel tem uma localização estratégica. O quarto era bom, exceto por algumas manchas no edredom. Havia um dispenser de sabonete no chuveiro, que presumimos ser de sabonete líquido (para cabelo e corpo), já que não havia rótulo nem xampu no banheiro. Não interagimos muito com os funcionários do hotel, pois passamos o dia todo fora, mas a recepcionista foi muito gentil e nos explicou sobre a Taxa de Turismo. 👍

It's worth more than the price, the location, the facilities. I paid less than RM50 per night (not including the RM50 deposit). The bathroom and showers are amazing. The heaters is 5/5 stars, complete with shampoo, soap, towels. We got a window with the city view. The room is big and very comfortable, the air-conditioning is fully functioning. A lot of space for prayers. I'd definitely book this hotel again, next time.

Um pouco decadente, mas a unidade está muito limpa. O ar-condicionado do cômodo menor não funciona. Sorte que o ar-condicionado da sala de estar é forte o suficiente para soprar ar frio para dentro do cômodo. Os espelhos do banheiro estão embaçados. Não pode ser usado.

O lugar é agradável; fica numa área tranquila, perto de restaurantes e supermercados.
