No amenities at all anywhere, even no housekeeping to clean or take care, very crowded and unorganized, trying to cancel earlier made booking to rebook at hotel with higher rates.

I feel very bad about trip .com I can't believe again trip .com I book Al kiswa tower room king deluxe. After arrived he give me very small room and inside very bad I asked this is it's room I booked he told me if you need this Room we don't have if you want only we have this Room we don't have deluxe king room. He told me if you have any questions ask your company trip .com. Now I can't believe again trip.com

Check-in was so slow with long waiting time. Room’s lights was so low. Bed sheets was in poor quality. No toothbrushes and paste provided. Water in washroom was less pressured. Drainage system in washroom was so bad, it was always watery near the sink can not stand without slippers. It was my worst and terrible experience, I will never stay in this hotel next time.

I love the shuttle service from hotel to haram. The shuttle bus is always ready everytime 24hr. The room is clean, spacious, and comfy. But there is no electric kettle and there is no warm water in the bathroom.

Terrible!! My stay at the hotel was disappointing, particularly due to the level of service and cleanliness. The staff was often unreachable by phone when I needed assistance, which was inconvenient. Moreover, the condition of the carpet in my room suggested it had not been washed for some time, though it wasn't necessarily smelly. This aspect of my stay did not meet my expectations for comfort and cleanliness. The view was good but at night it was noisy due to outside traffic.

The service inside the hotel I never face this kind of worst service in my life, the AC is not working properly the traying to contact customer service no budy I called number of times but there is no response, from check in till check out I saw only one person knocked my door for check out even in front desk counter a single person worked only there and he is not free to respond you and Amenities inside the room is zero..

Dear All,
Good evening!
Unfortunately, my stay at Al Kiswah was very disappointing. No one came to clean the room during my stay, despite multiple requests at the front desk. The situation worsened after returning from Friday prayers at Haram. The key card failed to open the room door, and despite several visits to the counter, it took two hours to resolve the issue.
