Asalamualaikum. We were a family of 6 and many thanks to Harun Mokka , whose hardwork and professionalism as well as dedication made our stay as a greatest memory. Harun ensured that we received the best service and we were very happy with his amazing kindness and care. I would never hesitate to book at your prestigious hotel becoz of the best service received. Well done to Harun.

I am currently staying in this hotel and very disappointed with the facilities also the review that I see on basis of which I booked my stay is completely different. 1. Rooms are very small with no place to keep suitcase, as we have only 2 bags and there is no place to store them and have to keep them near the door which blocks our entrance and exit. 2. Washroom stinks badly everytime we use washroom we feel like puking it's so bad, it has ruined my stay here. 3. There is no window in the room so you are packed without any ventilation and have to use AC all time. 4. Washroom is too small but still manageable, Small TV not working, Fridge and 2door small wardrobe. Water kettle available 5. It's a 7min walk to haram, but its crowded during peak time so it could take more time. 6. Elevators need maintenance as buttons are very hard to press and can end you up on any floor. 7. No proper room service and wifi doesn't work. 8. The only reason to book this hotel is for walkable distance, but there is no point as there is no comfort. I would rather stay somewhere far and take shuttle as it takes same time walking from this hotel. 9. Definitely not worth the price as it really expensive for 2 star hotel, I would have paid lil extra and booked proper 5 star hotel Pullman or something similar. 10. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but small cafeteria around the hotel. Overall my experience is not good and would not recommend to book as it very expensive considering the facilities and room quality. I am surprised with the review people have given I am not sure where it is coming from. I hope my review would help someone who's looking to book this hotel, only positive side is 7-10 mins walkable distance to haram. I hope they should improve their rooms and service, as people spend their harn earned money. Thank you

My booking was 05Oct 4pm I reached 05Oct 10pm. At first receptionist refused to give room on the reason of no room available. When I showed him booking regerence he even then refused. He was misbehaving and shouting at other customers too. Receptionist forcefully took my mobile into his hand without permission. Any how I managed to get room there. But Instead of booking amount SAR527 he charged 619 SAR. Other receptionist next days were much better and professionals

Good food, I ate a buffet while doing Umrah. Many choices of food, especially Indonesian food, for drinks there is only tea, coffee, milk and orange juice. I like the special coffee. . . Nice room atmosphere... free wifi, unfortunately a bit slow... very friendly service...
