Todos os funcionários foram muito gentis. Embora meu inglês não seja bom, eles falaram devagar e com clareza, o que me deixou confortável. A piscina também estava limpa e pude aproveitá-la tranquilamente. Só houve uma coisa decepcionante. Não foi culpa do hotel, mas algumas pessoas a dois quartos de distância estavam cantando karaokê até tarde da noite, o que fez barulho quando tentei dormir. Liguei para a recepção, mas o problema não foi resolvido. No geral, é um hotel maravilhoso!

Infelizmente, não posso cancelar a viagem, mas não é sua culpa, mesmo que meu voo tenha atrasado.

Great rooms, superb pest control. Water pressure is consistently good (hot/cold). Staffs are accomodating and professional. The food is pretty standard (buffet breakfast). Wish they have private onsen but you can still enjoy the pool with glass bottom if your not into naked bath. The antidote bar will definitely one of our favorite amenity (360 makati skyline). Wifi is slow on some parts of the hotel, i suggest that the management upgrade their tv to a smart one that is capable of streaming. Overall the experience was worth the price.

I am a repeat client of Berjaya Hotel for 2yrs I think. 2 weeks ago I booked a Deluxe Studio, I love doing staycation especially during my busy schedules. I even tried all their rooms ever since I started booking for their hotel rooms started with their Deluxe room, Premier room, Deluxe Studio and my recent booking was their Premier Studio, both of their studio type room was very spacious perfect if you want to have your friends come over after your busy schedule. In general all their rooms regardless the type was spacious last December I have a simple christmas party arrange with some of my friends we really enjoyed the view, ambiance and experience. I tried comparing as i speak for my stay in their Premier studio today to the other hotels I would say their Premier Studio was very excellent and meet my expectations it seems like Im in a five star hotel or just compared with other 3 star hotel that is why I dont dare to try other hotels because the experience I have with them when I enter the room and seeing the total look of my room its large bed, its working station, its relaxation corner and mini living room really feels like home so i would only scan and check other hotels but in the end I will always bring back to Berjaya cause I can say my heart belongs to this wonderful and ausome hotel. I would love also to give credit 1. to their amazing and excellent Hotel Manager Mr. Den whose from day 1 was very accomodation to me to all my concerns and requests. 2. their front desk staff whose very respectful when communicating not only to me but with the entire guess. 3. Security, Bell Boy, and other Staff up to cleaner and all. I like how they greet and give respect to each and everyone of the guest the pride of Berjaya Hotel really lies with all their staff whose really amazing and Excellent so again I want to give credit to Mr. Den for leading all the staff well with great leader a great staff will be possible and achieve so again congratulations to you and keep up the good work. So to all travellers like me what are you waiting for if your looking for a place to stay here in the Philippines where you feels like your at your own home choose only Berjaya Hotel, because your money is guarantee worth spending only with Berjaya, because nothing beats Berjaya.

O hotel tem estrutura bem conservada, a localização é excelente, para quem gosta de gastronomia é perfeito pois aqui se encontram muitos restaurantes, próximo a shoppings, mercados e etc. A acomodação é cuidada com detalhe e carinho, com tudo que se precisa numa estadia confortável e segura. A academia e a piscina ficam no 35º andar com uma vista panorâmica linda da capital Filipina. Retornaria e indicaria.

Fiquei surpreso com o tamanho do quarto. Fizemos o check-in tarde. O quarto era muito espaçoso e os funcionários foram muito gentis. E o quarto estava limpo! A cama e os travesseiros são os melhores! Vale muito mais do que o preço! Com certeza voltarei.

It's such an old place, but the location is ok. Unfortunately the lift didn't work and it was manually operated (in a good efficient way but still quite slow to go up and down). Being abto to open the window in one of the highest floor, and look down, seems quite unsafe especially if there are kids around (but I want to believe people with kids are not given this room). The bathroom had some sewage smell coming from toilet. Good bed and decent shower. Good AC 2000 php deposit seems too high and unnecessary Staff was friendly

The room was spacious but I didn’t get enough sleep because of the window towards the hallways. It was too bright. A guest was aggressively trying to open my door while I was asleep so I was left thinking about my life lol please have proper communication with the other guests next time

Os recepcionistas eram muito bons e bem-vindos, que eu realmente apreciava. No entanto, as camas de montagem não tinham cortinas nem qualquer tipo de cobertura de privacidade. Tive de pendular o tapete para criar alguma separação e usou o meu próprio tapete para dormir. Um dos convidados (um visitante indiano) estava bastante barulhento durante a noite, e a porta manteve-se a fazer barulhos estranhos quando as pessoas vieram e saíram.Enquanto o pessoal era bom, a experiência de dormir não era muito confortável.

Room is very same as photo, complete kitchen utensils and everything was brandnew, I dont like high floor so this 7th floor room is perfect to me. Amenities was good, The free sauna is what i like here since i dont swim. But the highlight was the location, I was very close to rockwell and filling station in poblacion. There was a very good biryani restau downstairs just a few walking distance only. Thank you, will definitely be back again and would stay longer.
