The stay was comfortable and the staffs are friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay there. The place is surrounded by malls and if you like roaming around malls you will definitely enjoy this hotel.

Was given a room without bidet and hair dryer, AC and fridge not cold and visible moulds in the ceiling. The room is quite old and does not befit of 5 star status. I was relocated to a better room after giving this feedback but just wondering why they still give this kind of room to their guest? The hotel has seen its better times and quite jaded.
I have to say that the hotel staff service is good, friendly and accommodating typical of Filipino renowned hospitality.

Well located with many malls ie. Glorietta, SM mall etc. Many restarants n not far from the airport. Very helpful staff. The room was nice with firm pillows & bed. Strong wifi & water pressure. Layout of room a little awkward.

Located very close to Greenbelt mall and SM which is great for shopping and eating. The room was amazing and was offered an upgrade at check-in. The service was amazing, very friendly staff. Would definitely stay again when traveling through manila.

Great location. Great staff. Great family vacation.
Clean well maintained old hotel. Very accessible to shopping center, restaurant and malls.
Gym and great restaurant.

Staff was friendly and gave us their breakfast promotion, room was good but can improve a little update in whats trending now. Overall my family was happy and thats the most important!

I am not happy with provisions inside the room, there is no snack box, I have nothing to eat when return late to hotel.
The tea bags and coffee packs deficient . There is no string in shower area for hanging washed clothes.
2 sockets inside the room functioning.
The telephone inside the room is crude. There is no sanitary bags, and can’t find needle and threat . There is no stationery provision, no file of information to understand the room and affiliated files

Very spacious room. Good for a family of 3, but you can add an extra bed if you are more than 3 just request for an extra bed and there will still be extra space for all to walk around.
