I was not pleased when I called the hotel’s landline for I was on the way to the hotel if I could check in earlier, a guy who answered my call was a little bit confused and keep asking my booking and my name. However, when I arrived at the hotel The Guard approached us with hospitality and immediately helped us on our things. The staff are friendly too. Hoping they are always happy to serve their customers. I think the management should fixed the hotel’s carpet, its old already.

The hotel is located quite conveniently to access to malls in Makati. The stuff of reception are very friendly, and room is enough clean to stay comfortably. I’d like to stay again at this hotel on the next trip and recommend travelers to stay here.

The staff are very courteous such as Honey & the rest of the front desk team, housekeeping staff and cafe staff.
Its very clean and they have initiative to ask if u want for make up room.
Amenities for the bathroom are basic but super clean.
Bidet is included
Great place and have enough parking space.
Will definitely be back again very soon.

Jinjiang Makati is one of my go-to hotels in the Metro. The room is clean and just right for a three star hotel rating. They have free toiletries and complimentary coffee, tea and water. This booking comes with a breakfast, too. I must say that I always enjoy taking Chinese buffet breakfast there.

This place is my first time i come there but any time i come i ll choose this place, so clean , location one block away from malls , safety area but specially employees are very kind, always given smile, price , room very very clean and beauty very confortable. Thanks people who work for jin jean hotel you make me feel great

Location is great, right by the greenbelt and the staff was really nice. However, the hotel is a little bit run down, there were holes in the carpet and it looked like there were mold near the AC in the room. I only stayed there for one night which was fine, but would book somewhere else for a longer stay.
