We needed to late check-in due to our flight schedule and even It was in the middle of the night it was still a smooth process. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the gym and of course how close it was to greenbelt. The doormen were also very attentive to their guests. Breakfast was great as well,
there were many options to choose from.
There was only a mixed up with the description on this app vs. what was really the standard at the hotel. All inclusive doesn’t mean all meals but all inclusive of complimentary breakfast, wifi and parking.
Their hotel character’s Tami and the gang was really cute, if ever I pass by the hotel I might get them, hopefully.
Overall a very enjoyable stay for our family and a perfect place to catch up rest.

I've stayed in hotels before, but Citadines Benavidez Makati is the best so far. 5 minutes walk from the closest shopping centers in Ayala Makati, including Greenbelt 1. A hotel that allows pet and has a complete kitchen equipments. Highly rated service apartments with accommodating staff!

Staff are accomodating, room are luxurious and comfortable and affordable for its price. All of my needs were provided inside the room and also accessible to shopping malls. It is also a pet friendly hotel. I love the amenities especially the pool view.

From the moment I checked in until the day of my departure, every interaction was met with warm smiles and a willingness to assist. Regarding the cleanliness of the hotel, I was thoroughly impressed. The housekeeping team ensured that my room was spotless at all times, and the common areas were consistently well-maintained. This attention to detail greatly contributed to my overall comfort and satisfaction during my stay. Additionally, the amenities offered by the hotel were of top-notch quality. The fitness center provided a wide range of modern equipment, allowing me to maintain my workout routine without any difficulties. The complimentary breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a variety of delicious options to suit different dietary preferences.

Citadines Benavidez makati is a great Hotel staff are very friendly and also pet friendly.very beautiful pool location at the 32 floor its over looking.nice pool are clean.even the GYM.GREAT expirence.i recommend this hotel room are clean as well.💯great great💯

We went here to celebrate my Ate's birthday. It was a great experience staying here in Citadines Benavidez Makati. All staffs are accommodating and they always making sure that you will be assisted. As I've mentioned earlier, we went here to celebrate my Ate's birthday, and CBM team had bday song surprise for the celebrant. Aside from that, the hotel is pet-friendly, you can even bring your fur babies without worries! I'll make sure to go back here once I got enough time again, thank you CBM! :)
