Second time booking here and I just found out that we can request pans and cookware from the housekeeping. They even provided dish soap and sponge upon request. Good hotel location and amenities. Room was clean and with a good view from outside. Hubs and I enjoyed our staycation because we were able to prep meal inside the room. I also appreciate that they are now providing mats inside the room because that was my comment before. One pointer why I did not give perfect rating is because special request for complimentary birthday cake was not provided. While special requests are subject to the hotel, my boyfriend tried to explain the situation but sadly, it was not provided.

We booked to stay here for Christmas. We chose it for its close proximity to Greenbelt malls. I booked 3 rooms and asked for the rooms to be adjoining but the best they managed to do was that we were all on the same floor. It was a busy period so this is understandable. There are many other places to stay in the area which are cheaper and if we ever stay in a hotel for Christmas again, we will seek cheaper accommodation because we were hardly in our room. The breakfast had fantastic selection. Staff were lovely and we appreciated that they also employed staff who are hard of hearing–– they opened the door for us and were prepared with a list of places guests might want to go to so that they can direct. Was a good stay, although we have to shift room due to Aircon issue. Also the room maid did not do such a good job cleaning the room last 2 nights. Location is good. Some friendly front desk except for the staff named Molly (gave us a annoyed facial reaction) nonetheless we recommend Sam and Charisse.

It took time to check in maybe because of the long weekend so more guests will check in. I appreciate the cleanliness and room amenities of the hotel. AC is very cold, I loved it. There’s also water dispenser in the corridor. Breakfast buffet is good. Location is good. Polite Front Desk is a plus. Elevator is quite old and shaky tho haha (mini EK ride🎢) Overall, will rebook❤️🫶🏻🫰🏻

The place was quite good. However, the ceiling fan should be checked always as it gave us anxiety because of the noise as well as their AC.

We had an executive deluxe queen room and I need to say that room was quite spacious. Good bathroom, good bed. Everything in good style. Staff very friendly. Another thing - extremely nice localisation, in the heart of Makati district. Restaurants, shops, massage saloons were just next to. Famous Burgos street only 2 minutes by walk. For sure I would book this hotel again if I will be in Manila.

Except for the hotel transfer which was a catastrophe, we can recommend this hotel. We were staying in a room with a separate bed and living room. We almost did not go outside for lunch and dinner. Mistro on the 35th floor offered superb views and nice dishes except few we did not really like (maybe different taste). The staff, starting from cleaning ladies to the waitresses and managers are friendly and really caring about their services. We can recommend this hotel compared to Hilton where we had bad experiences and Seda Residence is offering more value than Hilton.

An average stay. I had a multiple special requests but none of it haven't been granted even one for mother's day celebration. The rooms booked was located separately and we had to use the elevator to reach my family on the lower floor. Hallways and elevators had no air-conditioning on, it was hot and we're sweating. The food were warm and other dishes were cold. We just enjoyed the coffee served and the ambiance. We still make it special being together.

The hotel is decent if you are looking for an affordable place to stay in the city. It is located in the middle of the city, with constant traffic noise day and night. The breakfast was simple and basic. The hotel staff were mostly friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious! The hotel had a moldy smell lingering in the bedrooms and entrance but it wasn’t overpowering.
