Stayed here for 3 days in March. Unexciting breakfasts with same cheap warteg menu for 3 days straight. Also they forced guests (even women and children) to walk (re: climb) even in the pouring rain to get to their car cause they didnt want to open the entrance to the parking hall. Hope they changed.

Just checked out from the hotel which I stayed 1 night only. I gave score as average quality of service and facility. Wifi is not working in the room and I used my celluler provider but seems the signal inside the room was empty which cause difficulty open my email. Either they locked an access to some importants apps luke emails, whatsapp, but instagram took high speed connection not emails and whatsapp. Want to extend my stay but I would rather find another. Parking also very difficult, none of parking space available. Well, compare the price, its worth to the amount you pay but could be better.

The check in was smooth. Location is in walking distance from Pantai Losari and very close to Arcade Mall. The room was basic but functioning. A/C and wifi worked well. I got a room next to the reception/restaurant area, so you can smell food cooking inside the room during day time.

Reception is very friendly, dear pass in my book for the double type but that I can twin bed become one, hot water in the bathroom is not working. Wifi in the room is very bad, the room is not soundproof, I stayed at the staff enginering was checking sound in the meeting room and the sound was very noisy. The position is already midnight, maybe more attention to the future

29/2/2020 We check in with 3 Deluxe Room. Good: 1. Friendly staffs Down side: 1. One of the room with yellow dim light, one with white bright light. 2. All towels stink and grey yellowish color.( can see the white and grey comparison picture as attached) 3. All bed sheet, quilts cover stained, yellowish and bad odor. 4. A/C working like fan, call Engineering and said we set the wrong mode. He help to set it right. But still the temperature can’t go cooler. The lower is 25 degree from the air out. So the whole room temperature only able to keep 27-28 degree. Our room with 2 kids so a bit warm and humid. 5. Muslim mosque next to the building. You will have early wake up alarm at around 04:00 something and end at 05:00am. Suggestion: 1. Bring big portable/rechargeable fans 2. Bring own towel, old linen if you plan to change your linen.

This is my second time staying in Ibis styles ratulangi and it was absolutely awesome! I would like to thank to some of the ambassadors who I thought being very helpful during my stay. RYAN, DYA, WULAN... thanks for being so flexible during my early check in. also I concerned about membership point as I stayed couple of times already. However thankfully these two staff DYA, RYAN are very quick in willing to help to find my membership and attach on my booking. DYA is very helpful every time I called she was very articulate and gave a quick service! It was very nice stay and I couldn’t be happier to be a member of Accor guest! Can’t wait to stay in another part of Accor properties! Thank you.

Stayed there for almost a week and had a wonderful experience. I arrived on Sunday morning around 9 and fully aware that the early check-in is subject to availability. So I decided to take stroll around the beach but suprisingly after only 1 hour staff informed that room is ready. Ananda and Irma at the front desk were really helpful as I just had 12hrs bus trip from Soroako. Breakfast was good, not much western option, fried rice was dry on the first day, but the salad was nice. Thumbs up to kind chef Ridho whom I found out was a trainee. Keep up the good work! Thanks also to Dwi for helping me out during checkout to name those excellent staff. Some feedback tho, the elevator was really annoying. If you wanna go down, elevator will often stop by some floor without any passenger. That happens because there we 2 sides of elevator with 2 separate buttons in every floor, people will press both and see which elevator comes first. One morning I had to stop by 11, 8, 5 but no one there. Another one, the hairdyer in my room only work for 1 minute. I had to wait for another few minutes for it to work again. Nevertheless, again, I had a memorable experience. The room was amazing, so was the view. Hope to come back soon.
