Service was good. Was a good clean place. Unfortunately not as big a ****** as I thought it would, variety wise anyways. Overall experience was good!

Thank you for having a non-smoking ******. It would be good to not have smokers right outside the front door, however. The ice machine on my floor was out of order.

Very nice staff but rooms were average or below. Light out in bathroom. Walls thin.

The room was a bit outdated but pretty clean. The ****** had a lot of new games and the staff was very friendly. We will be back soon.

When I attempted to check in, the young lady behind the counter was scrolling on her cell phone. She told me she was too busy to help me and to go to the line for the other desk clerk. When I got through the line for the other desk clerk she asked me why I was in her line. I explained I was told to come over to her. She then informed me that since I wasn’t ******** I had to pay an additional $20 for my room. We discussed this back-and-forth and I told her I wasn’t going to pay an additional $20 for my room. She eventually told me “ well since you booked on ******* we won’t make you this time. ”. I will NEVER stay at this place again.

There was a drunk woman screaming in the hall at 1 am and woke up the entire floor as other relatives heard it too. Very disruptive. Otherwise a very nice, clean hotel.

I've never seen a parking lot with such narrow driving rows and vehicles packed in like sardines. Horrible! It took me so long to find a spot that wasn't a long ways away and where I could actually open my car door to get out & in.

It was pretty good stay. ..only this was the shower was messed up...otherwise pretty good place. Will go and stay again . Room was awesome and nice. People who worked there were really nice to . Me and my son had a good time. The only other thing was the pool had to be closed so my son only got about a 20 min swim in.
