Rooms where not cleaned to high standers floor always dirty ,towels had stains on, they never changed the sheets you sleep with .food isn’t kid friendly has nothing for dinner or tea time always the same food never anything different,the food never had any name tags on it so you woukd never know what you was getting ,bar staff rude I witnessed one of the bar staff get angry with a person who was staying at the hotel the bar man nearly threw a tray at him not nice to witness also never had any life guards at the pool as kids where running up the slides after the slide times closed and at the beach as when we was there a 6 year old girl downed at the beach ,the positives are though lobby always nice and clean pool was always full with loads of People the kids club was really good

Excellent service and animated, hotel good, sea and bar super. Our room is very good. Very nice staff, barmen and spa, shop. I liked the animation, the food, the staff. Very warm sea and good sunset. The animation is thoughtful, they speak different languages. Scenario games and great discos.

We were there at the opening of the hotel and everything was very nice. We relaxed and enjoyed a nice seaside experience. Thank you to the ANIMATION team for entertaining us with the activities. Staff very friendly great service.THANK U MAKSİM

Worst holiday I've ever been on the place was horrible the food to the drinks to the service they don't serve nice drinks didn't even have brandy the vodka was vile it's meant to be a 5 star it's a 1 star at Best I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here the place was a disgrace

The hotel is maximum 3 star!!!! Rooms dirty, heavily worn out, in the bathroom mold. No options for diary free or gluten free diet and even it was the some option for meat and fish everyday ! Staff are not friendly! Hotel location is far from anything!

Pool & slides are really good! food is shocking so make sure you’re bringing extra money with you to eat out. Snack bar is okay, just wish it was that food all day in the main restaurant. Ali is the best from the entertainment team he is great and very kind. Entertainment at the evening is also great too!! Overall I would recommend this hotel the food just lets it down a little bit. Had a great 2 weeks here though.

I wasn't sure what to expect going to this hotel after reading the mixed reviews. Plus the different names - loxia and euphoria- made me more worried. But I didn't need to be. I had a delightful stay. I arrived at 3~4am and the night staff assisted me..helping me hotspot my phone as I couldn't connect to WiFi, pointed everything to me and helped me to room. Next day I wanted a better room with sea view so I went back to reception for upgrade. Contrary to my worries, the hotel staff spoke english at restaurant, bars, spa (enough to assist you). when it's more complex, I used Google translate. I can't remember names, but the ladies at reception were so warm and friendly. Rooms cleaned daily. Restaurant nice. food OK, but repetitive. The Spa was very amazing. The manger is such a friendly and funny guy. I was looking forward to the Turkish bath and deep tissue massage and was attended to by Mefisat. So good I booked 2 more sessions. Hotel is right across road from beach. you always set a bed and someone to help from beach bar. big plus is u still get hotel WiFi on the beach. easy walk to supermarket and shops. I would come back, but Alanya is just too far for me.

A good hotel for families and not only! Tasty food, faultless service, a good entertaining team . Also , inside the hotel there is a spa that offers several services, I personally had a very pleasant experience! The spa manager, Erdogan, is an educated and polite person, welcoming you with a smile on his face, and the most important thing is that he is a professional, knowing exactly what services to offer you for your personal needs and for the most relaxing and pleasant time!

Separately, I would like to mention the hotel’s spa center. Excellent Turkish hammam, cozy and clean, manager Erdogan is a professional and a good person, hospitable and friendly. And I would also like to note Erdogan’s golden hands, the quality of the massage and the atmosphere were at the highest level. I want to come back many more times, I recommend it to everyone.
