Amazing hotel, friendly staff. The rep Emre was good as gold, always looking out for us & catering to any need we had, always looking out for the customers soooo handsome boy emre we liked he is o important about our family volleyball dart too much activity

I heartily recommend it, beautiful views, good food, close to the beach. Attractions are always provided, the staff knows how to take care of the customer. In the evenings there are shows and dances. The area is quiet but there are a lot of shops and places to see. The weather in September is great. Worth every penny. We'll be happy to come back next year!

I will share a review - in Lithuania, a TezTour representative sold this hotel as 5 stars. Our mistake is that we did not check ourselves. Judging as a 4-star hotel, it would probably be good. I will try not to focus on the issue of cleanliness in the common areas of the hotel, the limited presence of hygiene items and their non-replenishment (no problem, we bought our own), disposable/plastic dishes in the evening and many other details that I had to encounter for the first time. Since we traveled a lot, we didn't stay in the hotel that much. • Massages in the spa center are good enough. • The service staff - almost all of them are excellent, the staff is the real asset of this hotel. Good, friendly, helpful, smiling people - that's what people miss the most when they return home. I would like to draw attention to the fact that there is one middle-aged or older man with longer hair working at the reception desk, he is a person that many hotel guests tried to avoid, without extra money no issue is solved, empathy 0. It is worth thinking about changing the profession for this person. But it was not as it might seem - two young men worked - one of them Tolgahan, the other (if I remember) I will write. Excellent, friendly, helpful - they helped, directed, always met with a good mood! The girl who made coffee at the Lobby bar, Ege, is always smiling, kind, personally warm like the Turkish sun! In the bar by the sea, the woman making the drinks is such a warm person, smiling and kind☀️. Thank you for the good emotions! In the field of catering, basically everyone is wonderful, polite! ☀️ The food is good - no poisoning, full of fruits, vegetables, chicken and turkey. Fewer healthy options as well - in other words, you will find a wide variety of whatever food you want. As for evening programs, considerable attention is paid to children. Russian speakers should really like it. :) As for the internet within the hotel - it is paid, only the wifi connection was really poor, there was no internet connection more often than there was. Or you had to leave your room or find another place in the hotel to use the internet.

Me and my husband have just returned from the Santa senza hotel .we are both 72 years old had a lovely holiday never was lovely to us both .also bar captain Ramadan was so helpful and also bar waiter yagmu we will definitely return

Eşim ve oğlumla 4 gün tatil yaptik. Otelin denize alt geciti ve iskelesi olması çok güzeldi. Personeller güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydiler. Özellikle misafir ilişkileri sorumlusu Medine hanim bize çok yardımcı oldu. Yemekler çok çeşitli güzeldir. Ala kart restorana gitmenizi de tavsiye ederim.

This hotel.is exceptional value for money however its the only resort where we have ever had a comfort break on the airport transfer. 2hrs 50 mins is a long time after a long flight. We paid the equivalent of £40 p/p per day all inclusive. Cheap as chips. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff are very friendly. Our room on 5th floor was large with a double bed and 2 singles. It did overlook the back street but it's size compensated for its view. We dont have children but the two entertainment staff are excellent with the kids. There is a large variety of food in the buffet restaurant but it is mainly aimed at Eastern European pallete. Sprouts for breakfast? You will still find something to eat and wont starve. We ate at the bistro bar on a lunch time and this was delicious. I do recommend making use of the one use fish restaurant as its delicious. The private beach and pier with its own beach bar is brilliant. One disappointment was a problem.we had at the spa. Our massage was brilliant and we signed up for 400 euros of massages. There was a problem in taking our credit card for payment and we ended up trying 2 cards. Both were declined however the card statements showed debits of £900. This was eventually refunded but the stress caused me to cancel the massages we had booked. This was also refunded but the experience left me totally stressed out and did put a damper on the holiday. Apparently the spa is a totally separate business to the hotel. All in all with the exception of the spa problem and distance from airport this hotel is excellent value and I would recommend it to everyone.
