The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure that our team's needs were met, which contributed positively to the overall bonding experience. The hotel organized various team-building activities, which facilitated team bonding and fostered a sense of camaraderie among team members. The hotel's dining options offered a wide variety of delicious dishes to cater to different dietary preferences, ensuring that all team members could enjoy meals together and bond over shared dining experiences. Although the hotel was slightly pricier than others in the area, beverages and other items were priced on the higher side.

One day team outing went well with team building activities fun and enjoyed in beach.Food was good especially vegetarian is excellent.In non veg they can improve their taste.overall it's nice place to enjoy

Property is lovely. But service in ALL areas is terrible. Room floor was not clean. Inspite of asking them to clean they did not. Wifi did not work for more than 6 hours inspite of reminding them to fix it. Disturbed our nap by calling to ask if we are comfortable when they did not even fit the things we asked for. Had to remind 3 times to bring supplies for the third person we had booked for in advance, restaurant did not serve items on teh menu and did not inform us ahead of time. After we ordered they said 3 items we asked for were not available. And when we showed our disappointment, one staff member was not courteous. The chef did not bother to apologise. The food came REALLY late. The service was definitely not star quality inspite fo very high prices. We'll not come back to this place again even though the property is really beautiful. For every service we had to haggle and wait with the staff. The staff themselves are not to be blamed. They dont seem to be trained at all. The ***agement is really bad for a star resort whose pricing is very high.

Worst resort i have seen. Reception area was not maintained with so ***y patches. Room was not up to the mark. Food taste has to improve. Even a simple south indian food was not good. Service team communication was pathetic. Main course served first and then we got our soup. Beach area was kept clean which is only the positive things in the resort. Breakfast has a good varieties of menu, but the taste was not good. Have to remind the staffs and wait for the Live counter food for long time. Giving simple menu is also Okay, but we expect the quality only which is missing in this resort badly. Overall worst experience. Didn't expect this type of service for the amount that i have paid.

Great place to visit and sure you get lot of good memories for the day . Neat and tidy place and very good service by all the ***agers and staffs there. We have volleyball, cricket, tug of war , swimming pool , lawns for gatherings and about food is all good and including drink 🥤 and evening sncke

Qoverall experience was fabulous. Good hostage . ***ager was very cooperative and it was beyond our expectations.dj too entertained us to the core. Overall we are happy and delighted. The ambience was too good and services too . We will refer to my friends too....

Spacious area with ***y sports and relaxing activities.. larger swimming pool and private beach .. table tennis.. snooker... Archer.. are added attraction .. well taken care and good food with ***y items with quality and quantity.. thanks

We stayed at this resort for 3 nights. The resort has good facilities. However, everything seems rundown and needs upgrading. We opted for a family room. The bathroom shower cubicle had a door missing! While the bathroom was clean, it needed upgrading. The clothesline and soap holder were off the wall. There were no mats in the bathroom. Housekeeping would take away towels and not replace them. We had to call several times to get it. Also, coffee sachets, sugar etc were not replaced everyday. Breakfast was complimentary but stale. Baked items seemed to be hard and was the same everyday. Idlis, ragi upma were definitely not fresh. The swimming pool is good. Although the notice board says you have to be in swimming costumes, the lifeguard allowed people in boxers, banians, salwars, leggings and even nude children!

Fun filled day outing. The ***agers and event coordinator helped us a lot and were there whenever required for assisting us with the ask. The lunch arranged was also sumptuous and delicious worth every penny. Would recommend this resort for the corporate day outing with agenda full of adventurous activities.
