The property was too good.. Staff were polite .. The only thing what went wrong is miscommunication between the staff members .. Even after repeated request to allot us the room on the higher floor & to decorate the room as it was our first wedding anniversary they did not have the request in their system .. It’s a 5 star hotel & this is not what we are paying for .. The person at the reception who did my check in asked me the names of the person whom I have spoken to about my request.. I remembered the names so it was easy for me .. but what if I had forgotten the names .. ? they would have told me that it’s my fault .. But I had recording in my cell phone about the conversation I had with the staff & I also shared the names (Ronak - the person whom I spoke to about my request) & (Savita - who had assured me the request will be taken care of ) In the end they made me compromise with my room .. They allotted me the room on the first floor (higher floor) but they did not give me the room with the kind bed for what I had paid for .. They gave me the room with the twin bed .. I had no option but to compromise as I did not want to waste my time in check in & enjoy the day at the property.. I will rate the property 5 star but the service & ***agement of the staff as 3 star ..

This hotel deserves five stars for the following reasons: 1. Spacious rooms with all possible amenities like cable TV , mini bar , writing table ,wardrobe , coffee table and equally hygienic washroom with toiletries. Some rooms also have sitouts with chairs. 2. An in-house restauarnt that has a good spread of breakfast. The menu changes a bit every other day. The breakfast was worth it. The hotel offers dn exhaustive menu card with lipsmacking food. 3. Impeccable room service provided by the hotel staff. They were always on toes and responded immediately for all of our room service requests. 4. Additional recreational activities like swimming pool, a game room which boasts of a pool table as well cycles on rent. 5. Close proximity from important places like Venna Lake, Lingmala waterfalls , Mapro Garden and Queen of points. There is also a Go Karting track nearby the hotel. All in all , the hotel provides something for everybody , a perfect holiday getaway for friends and family as well as cosy place for couples to enjoy their privacy.

Best place for a quiet and leisure yet affordable weekend This resort offers you almost everything that you may wish for in a great weekend! The ambience, the serenity, the rooms, the facilities, everything was excellent! You will get pool facing spacious and clean rooms with hot shower all day, clean washrooms, towels, a TV, mini-fridge, and cutlery with tea /coffee options. There are seating space available around the pool to spend time. In house restaurant available for guests who do not wish to go out for meals. Play room available with options like TT, Carrom and chess which was maintained pretty well. Located at a quiet place away from the city makes it an attractive pick for most, and sunset point is just 15 mins walk away, what more can you ask for?! Overall it was a great choice, friendly staff and services.
