Explorers Hotel

Great hotel in a fantastic location for Disney. Great parking and shuttle service. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Food in the evening great and the pool was open late which was great when the children wanted to swim later after a day out.

Hôtel riche en activité pour les enfants, propre dans l’ensemble. Quelques dégâts légers dans notre chambre qui accusé le temps . Thème global de l’hôtel plaisant.

Das Frühstück und das Schwimmbad war toll leider hatt es im indoorspielplatz voll nach Pippi gerochen das war unaushaltbar.jedoch gab es genügend andere Möglichkeiten im hotel wie das Schiff und den Spielplatz Kino und spielhalle.die Zimmer sind leider sehr bewohnt und teils verschimmelt. Jedoch für den Preis in Ordnung

J ai trop aimé tout les enfants étaient ravis juste petit bémol la piscine ferme pendant le temps de midi dommage mais sinon hôtel top et personnel génial....

De passage dans cette hôtel avant notre séjour a Disneyland paris nous avons passer un agréable moment . La décoration est très jolie. La piscine est vraiment super pour les enfants ma fille c est éclater, les airs de jeux sont vraiment sympa également il y a vraiment de quoi trouver a s occuper . les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie de bonne qualités. pour le petits déjeuner avis mitigé nous ne sommes clairement pas sur du frais que ce soit le pain ou les viennoiserie c est bof cependant il y a du choix et de quoi contenter tout le monde . la navette gratuite pour le parc est vraiment un plus car nous avons pu aller chercher nos pass au parc pour notre séjour et nous balader dans Disney village le soir . seul point négatif je trouve dommage qu'il n y aille pas de panneaux a l arrêt de bus au niveau de la gare de disney car on a chercher ou aller attendre la navette pour revenir a l hotel. sa nous a vraiment plus nous avons d'ailleurs fait une nouvelle réservation pour notre prochain séjour .

Absolutely shocking!! The night staff are completely cruel and impossible. If you complain they threaten you with the police 🤷‍♀️ insane when all you want is to change rooms. Me and my autistic 9 year old son stayed here over Chris**as. DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE!! We were made to pay city tax straight away (not included in anything but in the long run that’s a minor scale of this dreadful stay. We asked to be moved rooms for a more peaceful night.. (not exactly a unreasonable request) They had us pack only to sit in reception on CHRIS**AS EVE to be ignored and put back into the same room after 2 hours! Don’t book here if you want anything that a respectable hotel would offer. We had no cleaner for 3 days, challenged for towels to enter the pool etc (Considering there towels are probably older than the hotel it was a bit cringe (bring your own if you stay here .. there’s actually a B&B next door also a Camponile. I’d seriously suggest these instead.. Every person that we spoke to here was dissatisfied and disappointed. It maybe “Close to Disney” and the website take good photographs of the pool … the pool is full of hair at first I thought it was a rat. Bedroom Carpets disgusting and in extremely desperate need of replacing Absolute rank hotel. If I could give it a zero star I would. No one of the night staff care, the men are actually really intimidating .. The guy with the glasses is just so rude and shouted at me in front of my petrified son for a simple room change. Disgusting behaviour, seriously don’t let the look of the pool fool you The reception night staff if you come across an issue are not bothered at all The actual hotel room are decrepit and theres cheaper places literally next door. Not worth a star Absolute let down. Here just a picture of the thread bare carpet in the room.

It was great for the grandchildren would highly recommend
