DO NOT STAY HERE.**** No stars, front desk staff was extremely rude and snatchy. I went into my room, AC was non existent, room had bugs in every corner, sheets were filthy with stains and someone elses hair all over the pillows. Front desk staff refused a refund, then told me to leave and go somewhere else and quite literally shewed me away with his hand.

My family (8 kids and my wife) and I were traveling through and this was a perfect stop on our trip. They provided us two rooms side by side as requested. Very beautiful location and our rooms were clean. We will stay again if we return to the area.

The room was clean and comfortable. It's also in need of some repairs. Holes in the sheets and curtains. Shower handle was broken and made it difficult to get it to the right temperature. The stopper in the tub was also broken, so we just removed it.

This is a great place in Maggie Valley, very well maintained, and clean basic hotel. Large room, everything in order. Very quiet, great location close to Waynesville.

It's an Old style Motel Score 3/5 Staff 5/5 Value 5/5 Location- 2/5 Condition- 3/5 Location Right on the main road in Maggie Valley, so you will have significant road noise, ESPECIALLY from all the motorcycles, mainly the Harleys. Condition It's an older Motel, but the have Vinyl plank flooring, a BIG plus for the older motel. Bathrooms are small, with a fan/light combo that is noisy. Room is large, with a smaller TV than usual Pillows are about the worst, low end. Suggestions Start improving when you can, from repainting where needed to replacing some older doors etc. I would stay again, but at the back of the hotel away from the road

Great staff! I went there for some peace & quiet while taking a break from camping and it “fit the bill” perfectly. It’s an older property otherwise I would give them 5 stars across the board. Recommend this hotel for anyone whose focus is not solely on amenities.

Very clean! Beds comfortable. Super nice nice people running. Nicely surprised to see floors had been updated after seeing only pictures of hotel before booking. Perfect if your looking for a break/rest from driving.
