Well where do we start …
- No air conditioning instead we have to put up with heating or have the door open which attracted the bugs to come in then woke up with insect bites.
- No hot running water for 8 hours instead told by reception to take a “cold” shower
- Unclean sheets due to friend spilling a cup of tea. Came back to the hotel to find the bed had been made by the chamber maid but ignored the fact it was unclean and it wasn’t till we pulled back the sheets to find she ignored it and made it with the dirty sheets.(Anyone with a slight common sense would put fresh sheets on)

We stayed at sotavento during rugby weekend this year and last and it just gets better every time. All staff are extremely hospitable (special shoutout to Antonio and the hotel manager) also if you go at a similar time of year you'll see Harry who's basically part of the furniture . Good rooms; big with a kitchen , balcony and a fridge - we paid about 150 euro each for 5 nights. Theres music by the pool and great cocktails- the food is AMAZING - the carbonara is defo the best I've ever tried definitley recommend

Amazing weekend here, to celebrate our friend Grahams 40th, all staff are amazing. Special shout out to Antonio & Enrique you guys are THE BEST 🥰. The a**osphere here is lovely, the guests there were also lovely & just good vibes all round. Hotel is gorgeous too. We will definitely return to this hotel. ❤️

We came to Sotavento Apar**ents to celebrate my hen party in April and had the most amazing time. The apar**ents are stunning and so clean, the staff cannot be nicer! Antonio the barman goes above and beyond for the guests and Enrique was always on hand to assist if we needed anything. The only thing we would criticise is that the sun loungers aren’t as comfortable as they could be but it’s really the only thing I could fault. Had the best time!

We have just come back, we went as couples and this hotel was great, the pool vibe was brilliant. The staff were very friendly and helpful- especially Antonio, he was fantastic! The food by the pool was lovely. We will all definitely go again.

Amazing hotel for a group get away! Couples, girls or boys and for all ages. Such a vibe around the pool with the DJ and bali beds etc. Huge shout out to Antonio and Naza at the pool bar! They were both so friendly and attentative and made you feel really looked after. There is a walk up the hill to the hotel but it didn't make a difference and was well worth it. Rooms could be a little cleaner but it was a short drink fuelled break so wasn't a problem in all honesty. Would definitely return!

Good size rooms, we were lucky to have rooms looking on to the pool. Restaurant/bar was excellent as was service especially from Antonio who looked after our group well. All staff were very welcoming and helpful and the hotel was kept immaculate.

Me and 3 friends stayed for 4 nights and we had an amazing time ! We all agreed that we wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Magaluf. The hotel staff are amazing !! Antonio just couldn’t do enough for us and enrique was so kind and helpful. Live dj sets everyday round the pool and the hotel had a really nice vibe. Also the food was amazing and you could request that the food was delivered to your room ! We all absolutely loved this hotel, can’t wait to go back !!!
